I called this service and got a voicemail stating they were on vacation and would return 8/23. The morning of 8/23 I received a call to schedule my service for 8/31. The day before I got a reminder call. They showed up at the time we had agreed upon. I left a check in an envelope on my door and they left an invoice/receipt in the envelope when they left. They were polite, responsive, and did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would do it! I highly recommend this business for your septic needs. read more

Fast and very friendly service. They did a great job of pumping our septic tank, gave me some useful information while the tank was pumping, and you couldn't tell they had been here after they left. I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days of calling, and they showed up right on time. We'll use them again when we need another pumping service. read more

We had one of the worst homeowner experiences-septic problems. We contacted Hardin Septic and they came out and pumped the tanks. They arrived on time. They were very professional. Matt and Jacob were great. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

We had a bit of an emergency right after the holidays, the septic tank was full and the sewer pipe was also clogged. I got a hold of Steve at 4:30 pm and he was on another emergency job at the time, but said he would get to us first thing next morning. Sure enough, Steve showed up the next morning and got us squared away. He empty the tank, and after we saw that water was still not flowing, he offered to try to unclog it, which he did with great success. We've lived in our home for 12 years, and Steve/Affordable Septic and Repair is easily the best septic company we've worked with.

I'm happy to say that I called Aim to Please today when a floor drain backed up after years of disuse. It is located directly under my water heater and I had to bring in the big guns for a job that was a bit too big for me to tackle. My house is older and sits on a concrete slab. Attempts with a plunger and an auger didn't help, and I was informed up front about the fact the drain may be compromised. I was also told about a potential solution if that was the case. One last solution involved a tool that fills the pipe and shoots a high pressure jet of water. Success!! They were all very friendly and thorough, and I appreciate the steps taken to fix the problem as well as the tips given to help make sure it doesn't happen again. Make sure you check their website. Not only do they do other types of work, but there is a coupon for a discount on labor if you pay immediately. Thanks!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! Worst customer service in my life. We hired them for master bathroom…read morerenovation. They sent a guy who spoke little English who said he could demo the bathroom in half a day. He proceeded to cut two water lines and LEAVE 20 min later without telling me (I was in the house). I called Riverway, they said he was overwhelmed and can't do the job and they can send someone else Tuesday. (This was Friday). I needed our water main back on, the girl on phone said she can send someone OR my crew can turn it back on "either way". My crew turned it on. Hours later I get home and realize my basement is flooded and ceiling busted through under the shower. Riverway owner was horrible on the phone to me!! "Your crew turned the main back on so legally I don't have to pay for this!" Terrible tone and attitude to me so my husband then took over. Riverway refused to pay for the service master cleanup/fans and has now ghosted us! All over $3,000 worth of repairs. I've texted owner multiple times and he will not respond so we have to pay for it ourselves. I'm telling everyone I know to never ever ever use Riverway!!!!

I also inquired about a home filtration system and was advised not really needed with the better quality of water in Monroe County. A recommendation was made for a sediment filter system as we have had some issues with some PEX water lines and their inline filters that were installed less than 10 years ago by a different plumbing company. Very nice people to work with and we were very happy with the cost of the work!
