Great group of people at very reasonable prices. We recently had a Trane split system installed and are very pleased. There are other air conditioning companies here in Cape Coral who make promises and "low-ball" quotes just to get your business. Dan from Air Necessity gave us a reasonable quote and great service!!! 2 1/2 hours late...through him off of my property when he cropped an attitude with me for calling him out on being late (which his mother told me to do). Overworked, tired, too hot, not enough help, "dog ate my homework" excuses. If you don't mind waiting all morning, tying up your day, and excessive excuses...then this may be the company for you air conditioning needs. You've been warned...I've NEVER wrote a bad review, so please know that it takes A LOT for me to complain. read more

My AC simply stopped working and the house temp was climbing above 80 when I called. Faye returned my call within minutes in spite of it being 8PM. She offered a good suggestion and promised to be there in the morning. As it happened, my sons came and found the circuit tripped so I was no longer in need of emergency service. Their response was extraordinary and I won't hesitate to call them in the future. read more

Established in 2015.

As a business owner most of my life was spent with my husband in the automotive industry but after his passing I changed professions and entered into the HVAC industry with my Son. We quickly realized there was a need for honest, ethical, and professional service. So, with over a decade of experience in the industry my Son and I decided to build a family business. We believe that customers are like family and they need to be treated fairly and presented with options not high pressure sales tactics. Over the years we’ve built a business with the help of our amazing loyal clients and it’s been a great journey so far. My family appreciates every opportunity we get to help someone as we continue to serve our community!

My name is Faye, I’m the proud mother of five children and seven grandchildren. Originally from upstate New York. My family moved to Florida in 1997. I’ve spent most of my life as an entrepreneur. I opened Air Necessity in 2015 in an industry traditionally dominated by men, with a mission to set myself apart from the rest of the competition. My mission is simple: deliver reliable HVAC solutions, clear communication, and long-term comfort you can trust. We treat our clients like family!

A business I have always been able to count on, even in the middle of the night and on weekends! Our heat pump stopped working during a bad storm, and even with surge protection on all our motorized devices, the unit wouldn't reset. Since it was late on a Saturday night, any parts needed couldn't be purchased until Monday morning. Faye came over and set up a room AC so we would get some relief from the heat until repairs could be completed. We have semi-annual service with Air Necessity at multiple properties, great work, friendly people at fair prices! I had air necessity over my house today to do work on my ac.they showed up on time and performed the work they were supposed to do with the utmost professionalism.while dan the ac tech was there he showed me some ways to protect my unit from rusting due to sprinklers.he coated my unit to slow down the wear and tear on it at no extra charge.I highly recommend air necessity as they are a truly good ac company. read more

I have had to call Faye at Air Necessity for an emergency visit 3 times now. Each time they were able to work me in their schedule and get out to my house for a service call within a day. Dan fixed my a/c and gave me an honest opinion of what I should do. I know I need a new a/c unit but he was not pushy and didn't try to sell me anything I wasn't ready to purchase. This is a fantastic, family run business! As a realtor, I recommend this company to all my buyers to do a separate AC inspection before they purchase a property.
