Thankfully I found Joe. He was knowledgeable, funny, a great guy and didn't try to upsell a thing. He replaced my water heater at a great price. While he was here my sewer was backing up when he tried to drain the water heater. He asked that we get it cleared before he finished the job. We called Homeservice plumbers and they came out, said there was a block and they would have to tear up the basement and the starting price was almost 7k. More if they found other problems and they repeatedly tried to use, used car sales tactics and scare tactics to get me to replace Joe as my plumber and destroy the basement to clear a "block". Joe recommended Colorado Sewer Service and they came out and cleared the "block" in 10 minutes for 1/50th of what they were going to charge to tear up the basement and install a new unnecessary pipe just to begin with, which I am sure they would have tried to turn into a 20k plus job. Joe did a fast and excellent job and is just a good human being. I cannot say enough good things about this man and his business. Without a doubt I will use him for every job I need in the future. She was very responsive to texts and communication. Cons: When I first met with her, I told her to save the extra fabric for me to keep. When I requested the fabric, she informed me that she didn't have it. No apology, no explanation, simply informed me. During our fittings, she would agree to alternations that didn't end up happening. I wasn't ultimately happy with how the bodice or the straps fit, but I didn't leave myself enough time to find someone else (that's on me). She sewed a pin into the hem of the dress, which ended up hurting one of my bridesmaids.

She offered to come to my home to do the alterations or to meet at her studio. I thought, "omg, you come to my home?" That's so nice! She came the very next day, pinned my dress, took it home to alter then delivered it back to me 4 days later. And guess what? The dress fit BEAUTIFULLY! From start to finish Jody and her team were wonderful to work with--they were highly knowledgeable, professional, communicative, and responsive, and took the time to make sure everything was designed and completed to a high standard. This project is something we'd been wanting to do for years, and it came out better than we could have imagined! We had a lot of different goals for what's a fairly small front yard with quite a bit of shade: we wanted an attractive design that would reduce water use and maintenance needs, support pollinators throughout the full growing season, create a firebreak near the house, have a nice space for our kids to enjoy, and add some edible plants/berries/herbs if possible. Wild Heritage went above and beyond in delivering on all of these criteria, and it's a strong testament to their experience, passion, and deep knowledge of landscape design, sustainable planting, water management, and construction. Our new front yard has quickly become a favorite place for our whole family to spend time, and our kids love running around the path, sitting on the rocks, watching bumblebees and ladybugs, and admiring each new flower that blooms. Our 6-year-old son now asks to go outside with us every night to read on the patio and is beyond excited to pick strawberries, gooseberries, honeyberries, and cherries as the plants grow and mature. And thanks to the high-quality soil, customized drip irrigation system, and detailed instructions Wild Heritage provided, the plants are already growing like crazy just a few short weeks after being planted. We've already gotten tons of compliments from our neighbors (both on our street and some that have been driving by), and we can't wait to see how our garden grows and changes over the coming years.
