Absolutely avoid if you want an honest assessment or technician willing to work. I confirmed in advance that we wanted our sewer line cleaned to comply with our inspection during our home sale. The technician came out and said he was going to scope it first, not the service we asked for, and then told my husband repeatedly it didn't need to be cleaned. I later got an email with a recommendation for a cleaning at $1400 and a bill for $154 for scoping the line. I already have an appointment to have the line scoped after the cleaning tomorrow by the original company who scoped it. Never asked for a scope, asked for a cleaning. I've attached the communication that they could do the cleaning while in site. Really challenging when the technician said no cleaning necessary, no repairs necessary and then sends an estimate for recommended cleaning and repair. Moving on to the next company who can maybe do the work we hire for and not waste hours of our time and now days.

They've all helped me in various ways, the past few years, during both emergencies and routine maintenance. It all started in Labor Day 2021, when I had just flown here from Arlington, VA (Washington, DC), to "hug my dad for surviving COVID," as he returned home from the hospital after starting at the VA, then being at a private hospital for 5-weeks, and he was scheduled to be discharged Labor Day weekend, just as his basement sewage plumbing backed up! I was so overwhelmed. I called 1.800 Water Mitigation, to remove all the HAZMAT, then get going on the dehumidifiers, fans, and worked with USAA to re-build the entire basement thereafter, and for the stopped-up toilet, I called Hyper Flow. James helped me snake the basement toilet, and begin to explain all of home plumbing to me. That was 4-years ago. Then I began hiring Hyper Flow to slowly rebuild two upstairs toilets that my dad had perhaps not maintained as well as ideal (he was on fixed income, after all, so no judgment), as well as the two upstairs bathroom sinks, then ultimately I hired them to replace the Kitchen Sink Faucet (James did this work, as Brian was the manager, who helped me assess the problem and do the estimate). James also helped me get my Water Heater (that a different company installed, that was no up-to-code) up to code, per the retroactive Home Inspection, and James helped me install a mainline water shutoff. My house is finally in ship-shape - on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC - all thanks to Kyle, the owner of Hyper Flow. Highly recommend! FYI, they've also jetted my lateral sewage line pipes - twice - and I will be hiring them for the excavation of the line that connects to my HOA main sewage line, before it connects to the City of Denver, once that time comes. Great work, great value, and - most of all - I trust them & their work.

The Powerwall continually goes offline, with repeated attempts to reset its controller failing to fix the problem. Two years - and nothing but an expensive and unreliable result. If someone could ever actually fix the problem, then it would be great - but nobody has been able to do so yet. Continued service pleas eventually go ignored - even Tesla refuses to help. Great sales folks and installers were also good. Just an unreliable system.

I contacted Homeservice Plumbers yesterday, and they were able to accommodate me immediately. Kory reached out to confirm the appointment and arrived precisely at the scheduled time. He was extremely courteous and professional throughout his visit. I had a unique issue with an intermittent shower leak, and Kory went above and beyond to identify its source. After an hour and a half of thorough diagnostics, he determined that the leak was due to poor tile work rather than a plumbing issue. Despite the extensive investigation and cleanup required, he left the area spotless, as if he'd never been there. The most remarkable part was that, despite his time and effort, there was no charge for the service. I was genuinely impressed by the level of dedication and transparency. I wish I would have discovered this plumbing company years and years ago. From my call until they were finished this company is exemplary. This is my third time I have used them, and the experience was the same each time. The initial phone call was very pleasant and helpful, and the scheduler was able to send somebody the same day (two times) and the next morning (on a Sunday no less) on one occasion, the latter urgent but not "emergencies" like the first two. The plumber on each occasion was pleasant and resolved the problems with ease, with obvious exceptional expertise, and without any hint of overselling the solution. The prices were more than fair, and in fact, they were considerably lower than I had expected, given my experience previously with other companies. Why is it that sewer lines always back up at Thanksgiving when you have a house full of company coming ? We called Homeservice Plumbers and they were at our home within a couple of hours to assess the situation. They cleaned the lines as best they could to get us through the next few days. Wellll, after highly recommending a peak at the lines with a camera, it turned out we had broken clay pipes that fortunately were still salvageable by lining them vs total replacement. This is the place. Visits were on time, on estimated cost. Walter demonstrated skill, knowledge, and curiosity about my problem that saved me hundreds over another local firm. I requested snaking of my bathroom sink. I had done a bonehead thing by pushing a water hose into the drain thinking I could flush it out myself. It got caught in the drain. Another firm quoted me $725 to tear the plumbing out of he wall and replace piping. Walter took a minute to do the simple thing and pull out the wall pipe from the drain and removed my "mistake". He offered an additional complete swer clean out which I declined due to cost and he was very polite and finished up the job. He found extra pipe pieces in his truck to replace a shorter length pipe which would have leaked. He arranged for a military discount also.
