First, Steven came to give me an estimate, he inspected & explained everything then gave me a detailed written estimate (along with photos of my current system), along with 3 options... so detailed and addressed all my concerns. He spent so much time with me that I felt like he was family by the time he left... and I was very confident in my decision. Installation went smoothly... Fast forward 6 months later (a couple days ago) Trey came by for my winter maintenance... AGAIN, I cannot express how blown away I was by the outstanding customer service I received. We had air outlook come out when our AC seemed to be struggling this past summer. Very easy to schedule and fast. Jeffrey was nice and knowledgeable. I appreciated that he explained things in detail and did a really thorough job making sure what the problem area was. He was upfront and honest about the price and gave me worst case scenario first. We signed up for their membership which did save us money on the repair and Trey did a great job a few months later when he came to do a full review of the system. They came and got me going again and my unit works better than it has since I've lived in this home.
