Super pleased with this company! Tenants said the AC was not working - my extended home warranty company said they couldn't get a HVAC company to come out until +2 days later (ridiculous!). We are buying a home in the area. The difficulty? We started the process while living in South Korea! When the home inspection came back with concerns about the HVAC in the home, we reached out to Air Pro Heating and Air Conditioning. Doing everything over Facebook Messenger and email, Javier was professional, efficient, and respectful of the huge time difference. He made sure to run everything by us before beginning any work on the units (we initially thought we had two units, but he informed us of a third and got approval before performing any work on it, which would have added to our overall cost). When we received his findings, he was quick to answer all of our questions. Nick is pretty amazing. I have now had to use AP two times in the last 6 months. Each time Nick has booked an appointment ASAP for me. First time I was on vacation and my heat stopped functioning. This was early January and IT WAS FREEZING. My poor sister and dogs were like Ice cubes! Nick was here within 24 hours and worked quickly to get it situated. I can't remember exactly what was wrong but he got the heat working same day! There ended up being another issue due to the fix so then the heat wouldn't turn off (not something I believe he could have controlled) however we called and someone (I honestly think it was Javi) came out same night at like 9pm to fix it for us! They did all this for us while consulting with my mother and sister because my husband and I were unreachable! Most recently my ac stopped working. I was offered a special they were running for cleaning every six months that saved me some money. Nick made it out in 48 hours to assess the situation and was back within 24 hours (had to wait for my unit to thaw) to fix it! They are affordable, professional, and prompt! Excellent Service. I contacted Air Pro Air Pro Heating & Air Conditioning because I need to change out my unit as mine was all dying and the repairs would not be warranty because the age of the unit. Javier Ortiz (Owner) within minutes of writing them on their Facebook page contact me offering an appointment within 24hrs. He arrived on-time, within minutes give a diagnostic and in less than an hour he provided me with a bid. The estimate was detailed and clear detailing everything that I'll expecting from them (warranties, installation time, etc....). 96 hours of that initial contact my unit was changed out. I'm not sure this's the normal turn around for every job they do, but I was very pleased with it four days to get everything ready for that big installation was super-fast.
