So my AC dude recommended this company. I made a service call, and the lady who answered the phone was pleasant and professional, took my information, and scheduled a tech to come to that address. Note: It is required to put a credit card on file with them for the $89 service call and diagnostic, and mandatory to hold my appointment. But I was informed that they would not make the charge right away. Their service tech, Jason, arrived within an hour and proceeded to check out the problem. He was able to resolve the issue, which was an error in the new thermostat that I just installed recently, and got everything up and running at 100% within 30 minutes. The final cost was just over $150 and they were able to put it on the credit card that I had provided. I received a confirmation email for the service and charges promptly. Bottom line: The experience was professional and easy, and Jason was excellent so I would recommend these folks without reservation.

We arranged a 0830 appointment for the following day, Anthony arrived on time, was able to assess the situation and performed the needed maintenance and my system and running in no time. Pensacola Heating and Air are my HVAC folks, they do great work, they do it for a reasonable price, and they treat their customers as if they were servicing a family member. I really don't know what else I could ask for. I am on a service plan with Pensacola Hearing and Air. They have always taken good care of me in the past and I know they will in years to come.

While nothing is free in this world, i appreciate the dedication from Diamond Air Design for working with the real estate company that sold us the house, the sellers of the property, and us as well to get us back to a cool house, and that, for us is akin to winning the lottery at this point. They discussed installing a Halo LED U/V light to purlift the air coming in to my home.
