Last year I got a new system for my house and everything went smoothly and my new system has been working great. Customer Service has always been great. The office staff has been on top of getting services scheduled and always been professional and helpful. Turns out the furnace emergency mode was tripped due to a dirty air filter. Our new build home recommended we replace our air filters every 6 months. For the type of furnace we have we should be replacing them monthly! Sean quickly reset the furnace after 5 minutes the cooling and heating started to work again. I would do business with these folks again as they were fast and the price was fair. If it wasn't for the heat wave coming I'm sure they would've scheduled me sooner.

They were the second team to come out and perform the inspection. He his evaluation provided the same assessment as the first vendor; however, his professionalism, polite yet candid explanation, offered alternatives, and comforting competence made us know that this team was the one for us. Primary alternatives were to (a) repair the broken blower motor or (b) replace the Furnace (heater) and Compressor (A/C). Based of the assessment, age of system, and condition other components, we opted to go with replacing the system. Sean even advised me to put a gate around the unit because my dogs kept peeing on it which would rust the coils and void my warranty. Fast forward March 2025 and Sean came out to do a phenomenal repair job on my HVAC control panel that was seriously damaged by filthy rats.
