Last year I got a new system for my house and everything went smoothly and my new system has been working great. Customer Service has always been great. The office staff has been on top of getting services scheduled and always been professional and helpful. Almost all of them said they didn't have time to come take a look at my AC unit until a couple of days later, or even next week. Upon coming to my house, and troubleshooting the AC unit, he couldn't find anything wrong with it, and also tested the amount of high and low pressure of the Freon in the unit. From the looks of it, everything was working accordingly. (I sprayed the AC unit last night with a hose to wash the filter out, so it might have done the trick) Because nothing was wrong with the unit, he said that he wouldn't charge me for the service and the time to come take a look at the unit. That's so great! I told him that I will surely contact him again if I hear the hissing sound again, from the AC Unit. They did a 15 maintenance check for the summer (as well as cleaning out the HVAC to the point it looked like new). I was very impressed with all the services they offer which included operation check, lubrication, new filters, checking for gas leaks in furnace, checked for condensation, cracks or defects, carbon monoxide leaks, thermostat operation and more (i still have one of their emails that says all the stuff they do and trust me, I watched). When Winter came around, same thing-- reminded me of our appointment, did a 15 point check on my heater which was up in the attic. they were very careful going up the closet where the access point was (covered clothing, and vacuumed after), I am very happy with all the services provided and highly recommend their yearly preventative maintenance for your HVAC and Heater units.
