They told me it would take a day and it took them 4.5 and they left me without AC that entire time. Their crew badmouthed one another and clearly did not know what they were doing. It was. $15k split unit install. Since then it has had nothing but issues and they do not show up on time to fix. When they do show up they can't fix it because their techs constantly turn over and /or don't bring the right tools. They have been working for three days now to send a tech to try to get the new unit running correctly and the fist tech showed up and didn't have the tools he needed to determine the problem. They scheduled another tech for the next day who didn't show and they didn't call me to let me know (wasted another four hours of my time) so I called them and they stated a tech would come out first thing the next day at 9am. Tech didn't show with no calls and no updated so I had to call again. I would recommend that everyone stay away from Haynes. They have poor service, poor communication and poor install experience.

I called Ware and they had a technician out at my house that same morning. It ended up only being about an hour after I originally called. My technician was Travis and he was super nice and did a great job getting it fixed. It's running great now and I'm very thankful with how hot it is outside.
