The repair man was nice and courteous he fixed our ac system, and all seemed well. Until we got the bill 1900 for parts and labor. We thought "huh whatever, he did a good job and our ac is working correctly now", little did we know we got over charged at least $900! We looked up how much each part was and they where hundreds less then what they charged us for. We requested an itemized copy multiple times and they have been avoiding it. We looked up all the parts we paid for and they added up to less than $300, and I'm not talking about Amazon parts ACTUAL AC WEBSITES. When we finally got someone on the phone they claimed it was "warranty fees". Warranty that costs more than the actual part? I don't think so. We have been trying to talk to a manager and they just give us emails for other managers. They said they can't help us. Well we asked them to come and undo the service and we will just find someone else and they have not been helpful at all! Just apathetic employee after apathetic manager. They're not transparent with their charges, they don't seem to care if you have complaints, they're not available if you complain and they give you the run around any time you FINALLY get someone on the phone.
