The company clearly places a high value on customer service, respect, and professionalism. When your technician is on the way, you receive a text with their photo, a brief biography, their experience, customer rating, and even a little information about what they enjoy doing outside of work. It's a small touch that helps put a face to the name before they arrive. When the technicians introduce themselves, they even ask if their parking location is acceptable. They bring floor mats with the company logo, wear shoe covers while inside, and remove them as they step back outside. These details show how much they care about respecting their customers' homes. Noel helped me understand exactly what was wrong with my system by using terms and analogies that were easy for a non-expert to understand. I never felt rushed or pressured. Very disappointed with my experience. I called because my shower handle broke and I needed a repair. I was charged $125 for the technician to come out, and no repair was completed. I was then quoted $765 to repair the shower. The technician himself told me the company is expensive but said they provide a warranty. I understand paying for quality work and a warranty, but $765 for this repair felt completely unreasonable to me. What made the experience worse is that another licensed plumbing company reviewed the same problem and quoted me $285, including the shower cartridge, removing the broken/stuck part, and fixing the handle. That is a difference of $480 for essentially the same repair. I also received an estimate totaling $688 for other plumbing work, including a shower/faucet cartridge and a toilet fill valve/supply line. After already paying $125 just for the service visit and having nothing repaired, I felt the overall pricing was excessive and unfair. I understand that companies can set their own prices, but customers should know what they may be getting into. In my experience, I paid $125, nothing was fixed, and I was left with a very high repair quote. I recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to the work. read more

I didn't feel like he was there to make a quick buck but cared about my long-term health & well being with sensitivity regarding my budget. The installers were also friendly and respectful. I am very disappointed with this company. We called because our ac has been acting funky for a couple days. A non emergency call. The repair man was nice and courteous he fixed our ac system, and all seemed well. Until we got the bill 1900 for parts and labor. We thought "huh whatever, he did a good job and our ac is working correctly now", little did we know we got over charged at least $900! We looked up how much each part was and they where hundreds less then what they charged us for. We requested an itemized copy multiple times and they have been avoiding it. We looked up all the parts we paid for and they added up to less than $300, and I'm not talking about Amazon parts ACTUAL AC WEBSITES. When we finally got someone on the phone they claimed it was "warranty fees". Warranty that costs more than the actual part? I don't think so. We have been trying to talk to a manager and they just give us emails for other managers. They said they can't help us. Well we asked them to come and undo the service and we will just find someone else and they have not been helpful at all! Just apathetic employee after apathetic manager. They're not transparent with their charges, they don't seem to care if you have complaints, they're not available if you complain and they give you the run around any time you FINALLY get someone on the phone. This place is a scam. 10 months ago they came and gave me the run around on my AC after 2 weeks and $5k in repairs here we are again being quoted $1390 for additional repairs 10 MONTHS later!!! They were just here this Friday and priced me for service and today refused to do service because my husband recorded their tech and we were able to prove the lies they fed us. Techs that were welcomed in our home. We trusted all 7 of them until they all contradicted and when addressed with Larry he was more concerned about his companies liability than making things right. All Heart replaced our 30+year old heating & AC unit and our 1980s ducts in the attic - Adrian, the tech who diagnosed everything was a delight to work with. And the office staff did great follow up with scheduling, billing and invoicing. The tech's were respectful and kind and did a great job. I had a contractor friend look at their install, and he also said, "Oh yeah, they did a good job." What I've learned when it comes to home repairs - even though it feels like a pain, we get to take care of a space that means so much to us. I trusted this company All hearth in Lancaster because of previous work they did for me. But as of now not sure anymore because the last time I had issues at the beginning of the year they fixed my heating issues and suggested I get the membership where they can service my unit before or during summer, I agreed. My air conditioning was cooling very well until they serviced it, and now it completely shuts down after service leaving me with no Air Conditioning in this hot summer and wanting me to replace part that will amount $2000. I have used All Heart for my swamp cooler for 3 years now. Their technicians have done a thorough job of cleaning and setup, generally 4 to 5 star work as far as that goes. The problem comes with All Heart's unreasonable charges to replace parts. The first year, they quoted me $200 to replace an inline water filter that cost $23 at Home Depot. Last year they said that the motor needed to be replaced and that it would be around $1,000 -- for a 1 HP 2-speed from Home Depot for $260. (It lasted the year and still seems to be doing good.) This year I was told that to replace the blower belt it would cost me $270 for a belt that runs around $10 at Home Depot. On this last visit, the needle valve for the waterline was leaking but the technician didn't have a replacement part so that didn't get fixed and, based on the other prices quoted, I was not inclined to get massively overcharged for a $8 part read more

During the pandemic I had one of my original AC units go out so I called All heart to repair it. Long story short I went all in on refreshing my complete units. Fast forward 2 years and I had one of my new units lose a compressor and All Heart came through and completely replaced the unit. I would say the work and the technician were both great but I have been messaging them for days now on discrepancies on the bill I have not heard back.. my ac went out they came and repaired it fairly quickly, had to call my warranty company to see if I could get reimbursed or at least partial refund they had to get their guy to come out well there was a huge difference in pricing $285 was my bill from warranty company and from all heart it was $1000. After looking into it they charged me way to much, maybe an error in the billing trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because they were highly recommended by quite a few people but no response. read more

Beware of this company. They advertise a summer/winter special price, but this is to get their foot in the door. Their tech said he cleaned my system and found some issues. I was quoted prices from 700 to a couple thousand to "fix" my system. I was skeptical so I called a family friend to get a 2nd opinion. To my surprise he told me my system wasn't even cleaned and didn't need any additional parts. He sent me a video of dirt pouring out of my unit when hit with a water hose. He also fixed a sealing issue that the All Heart tech didn't even identify. It seemed that they just wanted to charge me for expensive repairs that were unnecessary. Johnny came for the install of the heater and the a/c unit along with his team. His whole team was friendly and polite throughout the process. I highly recommend All Heart Heating & Cooling. The short version is that we are thrilled with All Heart Heating & Cooling. They installed a brand new A/C and heating system in our 1960's home (that never had A/C before). They were friendly and professional throughout the entire process. We've now had the system for 6 months and we couldn't be happier. They back up their work and stick with you. They even called a couple times just to check in afterward. Adding A/C to an old home can be a scary for any homeowner because there are so many unknowns. We received around 8 quotes from other companies before choosing All Heart. From the other companies, we heard things like "we won't know if that extra $5,000 item is necessary until start working", and "you may not need a new electrical panel or ducting, we'll know more once we open the ceiling." Unlike the other companies, All Heart took the time to understand our old house and what was needed to give us A/C. They knew what it would take and prepared us for what to expect. After all was said and done, there were no unexpected major costs or "gotchas." This made budgeting for the job much less stressful. Lastly, All Heart was able to pull everything together from permits to electricians, plumbers, drywall, inspectors, etc. and worked the job in a seamless concert that kept us in the loop the whole time. read more

Had our entire 3000 ft^2 home's HVAC system replaced with a Daikin VRV heat pump. This was a smooth install and the system ran great for a couple months. Then as soon as it got warm the system started to completely shut down the AC to our entire house. What follows is the tale of a company really putting their heart and soul into making this installation right. We had lots of service calls to fix errors after the initial installation, and finally All Heart actually brought in the Daikin manufacturer rep to check out the situation, redid the whole house load calculations, and determined that we needed an additional small unit for downstairs. They came and installed this along with a couple other changes the manufacturer recommended at no charge. Since the system changes the system has been very solid and keeps the house nice and cold even on those 115 degree days. And VRV means it doesn't run at full power the whole time, so solar covers most of the cost. All in all this was a good experience despite the hiccups with some new technology, but now I probably have the best AC in the entire Antelope Valley! read more

Update After a couple of weeks of running my AC Pro Inverter air conditioning unit in 98-101-degree temps here in the Palmdale desert, I can honestly say. Not in my wildest dreams did I think I would ever have an air conditioning unit that functions so well, both in the heating cycle as well as cooling. After being told by that other company that I have one of the best units out there, It didn't feel that way. My AC Pro would start blowing cold air and after hours it would slowly begin blowing hot air, this was totally unacceptable. I had to call the original installer back out like 4 - times, and each time it added to the cost with something else I had to purchase. When I called the company, I'd get promises of return calls that never came or somehow, I missed. I quickly grew tired of this and told the original installer that although it's a hell of a nice unit, I no longer needed them, and I would not be calling them back out to my home. The unit was paid for in full! Up front. A very expensive lesson learned. The only good thing was the season was changing and we no longer need cooler air. Now summer is here, I researched and called "Dylan Rucker" of ALLHEART HEATING & COOLING. You may have seen their commercials on television just as I had. Dylan came out, we spoke, he went out and inspected the AC unit, the Air Handler, up in the attic and the wiring between the thermostat & the ac unit. He then explained what the previous company did and what they didn't do. He said " as far as he could tell, my ac unit had no problems". It's the host of other problems that need correcting before he could guarantee any of the work he and his crew needed to do. Evacuate old coolant from copper line. Replacing copper coolant line running underneath concrete (NO GOOD). Run new wiring harness through attic and out through wall going back to ac unit, all covered in conduit. Replace 10" flex on top of air handler with 18" solid duct. In the attic; Replaced all old undersized flex and registers with new appropriate sized ones. Run additional wire through wall from thermostat out to Air Handler in the garage. Added new air inlet in kitchen. My installer Louis took the time to input the correct setting for my thermostat. My unit is a two-stage pump, but at my wall thermostat settings, it was set to single stage. That one change will save me hundreds of dollars because now all components will function as designed. Finally I would like to thank the entire team at ALLHEART HEATING & COOLING. They told me ahead of time everything I needed and gave me the option to accept those things. Had a little mishap with the appointment since the tech ran extremely late due to an emergency which was no issue. I was kept in the loop, was able to reschedule for the next day. Left my crawlspace door with fingerprints and debris on the floor. VERY unhappy with their business practices! Long review but worth a read! My rental in Tehachapi had the heater go out. The local companies were booked for weeks out. So I contacted All Heart heating. I had to pay 125.00 for a service fee for them to go out and diagnose and give me a quote for repairs. Upon getting there, Hermes, the technician checked it out, took pictures and called me with the details. He explained three things that needed to be changed. 1. the safety sensor circuit 2. a new thermostat 3. change a part that is not currently up to code so he stated IT HAD TO BE CHANGED OR HE'D RED TAG THE HEATER and not allow the renters to use it. He did a good job of explaining all the parts but the 3rd one got me. It was a part that did not cause and was not related to the heat not working per Hermes. I said if he does not touch that area then it's grandfathered in because that is how it was done when it was installed and apparently it used to be done that way. I asked why several other a/c/heat companies have never mentioned this. He said for the second time he HAD to fix it or again he would red tag it. He gave me two verbal quotes. 769.00 for fixing 1 and 3 and then 962 for fixing 1,2 and 3. WAIT...didn't you say they all needed to be fixed? Why two quotes? I asked him to separate out each piece and tell me the amount for fixing each one. He got flustered and could not do that! He then told me 385 for the (1) safety circuit, 100 for (2) thermostat and 384 for (3) hard pipe the internal flex tube. But all three add up to 896? so now I was confused for what the prices were and how he was coming up with his numbers. I asked him to give me 10 minutes and I contacted my a/c/heat guy who lives 3 hours south and also the local building inspector. My guy said the prices were OUTRAGEOUS and also the hard pipe internal WAS grandfathered in as long as he doesn't touch it. The building inspector told me the same, they should not red tag it because it was up to code then and it's not failing or needs changing!! So I called Hermes back and say I'd like to get a quote in writing as he said he could email it to me. He was completely incorrect on his math and I needed to see what exactly he was charging for parts/ labor and it is the LAW to give a written quote/estimate.. I explained the building inspector said the hard pipe/flex pipe did not need to be changed and he should not red tag it. At this point he said he wanted me to sign a paper he would email stating I had received a quote, he would close the call and let me think about it. I told him I had NOT received a quote, only his verbal notes and amounts that did not match what he said. We hung up. The office called and Claudia asked to hold a zoom meeting so they can explain what needed to be done. I said I don't need a zoom meeting, just a written estimate as they are required by law to provide me with. She said they don't give written estimates? WHAT??? She finally decided to send me written estimates after much discussion and what they sent was THREE DIFFERENT estimates only showing "basic package program" which did not list one thing the technician talked to me about. I quote- "HM11C Basic Combustion Pressure Sensing System Renovation. Rejuvenate barometric tubing. Performance and safety testing. 1 yr warranty" THIS IS NOT a detailed estimate which they are required to give by LAW, WHICH SHOULD INCLUDE PARTS, LABOR, TIMEFRAME AND COSTS. The best part was I got three of these all with different prices of 769.00, 962.00 and a mystery one of 1154.00, a price that was never presented to me verbally. I still did not know what I was getting done and for what pricing! VERY DISSAPPOINTING. Claudia then said we should do the work as there is a brand new baby in the house!! WHAT? is she schooling me on what I should do? VERY unprofessional. First, my own tenants didn't even tell me that there was a baby so it is in no way this employees position to tell me. We warned her not to threaten us. We felt they thought they had us over the barrel and we would have to do the work. I am not one to be bullied or to support a business who does business this way. I paid for a diagnosis and estimate and did not receive either one in clear form. **in the end -my a/c/heat guy drove three hours to and from and did the entire job (all three items for less than 500 dollars!!!) 3 out of my 4 interactions with this company were very poor. First, they tried to sell me a $10,000 furnace when a $150 part was out of stock. It was the dead of winter and they thought they had me cornered when my furnace went out, but I just called another company that had the part in stock and saved myself a lot of money. To make up for that scammy interaction, they offered me a free one year membership with free inspections. The first inspection of my AC went great. It turns out they fired the guy who did that work a day or two later but they wouldn't tell me why. I tried to schedule my free hot water heater inspection on a Saturday and planned my weekend around their appointment schedule. An hour before the appointment time they said the technician was not able to make it that day. I rescheduled for a different Saturday and the exact same thing happened. They basically ruined 2 weekends. At that point I told them to quit calling me. Free inspections are not worth my time if they don't show up, but they continued to call me for another month trying to get me to book appointments. Our heating and ac system was making a sound, they came out right away and told us that various things were old and might go out soon. We thought about it, next day it gave out!! No heat and it snowed in Lancaster, they were able to come out and replace the engine the next day. Hermes the tech is amazing and kind and explained everything, he tested the system to show me both the AC and Heating works. Give that guy a raise!! It's techs like Hermes that make sure everything works and explains everything to someone like me who doesn't know what does what in the system. Price was good according to my brother who is an engineer in ac and heating systems. I will use these guys again if the inducer gives out, which Hermes warned us about. It's 16 years old and in Lancaster where there's tons of dust in the air it held up for a long time.. thanks Hermes! read more

All Heart Heating and Cooling advertises themselves very well, and they have nice people, however, they could not get the job done. Since their first visit in April 2024, and had they come back out again in August 2024, that would have been their fourth (!!!) visit. In that time, twice, the a/c went out, including when I asked for someone to return Saturday, 8/10. They were booked. Could not fit us in. Our a/c went out that morning. The house climbed to 92, and we had 11 fans going, but hot air is hot air. They scheduled us for Monday morning (8/12). On Sunday, the house was 94. We couldn't take it anymore. One of All Heart's drawbacks is their failure to be available on Sunday's. We called someone else, and they arrived within two hours. Diagnosed and fixed the problem. We had cold air again. The technicians from this other company were appalled, dismayed and shocked at the inferior workmanship that had previously been completed on our a/c by All Heart. They showed us the broken and brittle wires that had come apart and were in pieces. They also replaced a can in the unit. I phoned All Heart on Sunday afternoon to cancel Monday morning's appointment. They still showed up. No one had checked their messages. I even called twice Monday morning, and still got their machine. I saw no point in leaving more messages when they hadn't even checked and gotten the first message from the previous day. Instead of spending so much on advertising themselves, they should re-direct their resources into better enabling their technicians to correctly repair an a/c unit and not have to make multiple visits. They advertise that they stand behind their work. Really? It is crucial that they make themselves available on Sunday's like so many other professionals do. They are NOT there for everyone they come in contact with - again part of their advertising. read more
