I used a translation earbud so I was able to understand the majority of what was said. They didn't like the fact that I went room to room with them (they discussed this with each other unaware that I could understand). I tried to call the office multiple times to discuss this with a supervisor and I was completely dismissed. Phone calls were not returned, when I finally did get a supervisor, they put me on hold and left me on hold for over 20 minutes. Every time I call back now, they do not answer the phone. Apparently, this is a common practice with this company. ***DO NOT USE***** Owner responded to review saying that I have the wrong company, I absolutely do not. The phone number he provided is the phone number in our call log. I provided the supervisor's direct line as proof but comment was removed by yelp. To say that I am not in their database is false because they incorrectly assumed my name was Richard based upon a nickname, and they assumed that my last name began with an N when that is actually a middle initial, the appointment could have been booked under my wife's name since she made the initial call. If they don't want bad reviews, they should have better representatives.

Alright, so technician came as scheduled, rolled out all his equipment, never seen so many. This guy was lit and cleaned all ducts and vent's one by one around 40 minutes, I was wondered maybe something goes wrong, usually when ordered duct cleaning it's a little bit faster and came to ask if he needs some help, he said all cool and he wrapping up in 10 minutes, few spots left. Never seen my ducts so clean before, guy was killing it, no time wasted and price was reasonable.
