The phone number he provided is the phone number in our call log. I provided the supervisor's direct line as proof but comment was removed by yelp. To say that I am not in their database is false because they incorrectly assumed my name was Richard based upon a nickname, and they assumed that my last name began with an N when that is actually a middle initial, the appointment could have been booked under my wife's name since she made the initial call. I got a few quotes and I have to say they range from $300 to $1300 I know it's pretty crazy. I went with Duct Expert. They were great with communicating and replying back. They even went beyond and work weekend when they were closed. They got to my location and realize that they could not work within the space of the furnace area. So the guy explain to me what he could do and was willing to drop the price and advise me the price range for each section of the cleaning ( furnace, ducts, coil, and AC). I did not go with them since they could not do the furnace and they explain why and I totally understand. But the service and how they treat me were great. I just wish I was able to use their service. Imagine how they treat you before they got into your door, their work should be great to right?

Mike came out and was fantastic from the moment he arrived. He was incredibly respectful of my home--he took his shoes off before coming inside without me asking, was extremely careful about my personal space, and vacuumed everything up afterward, leaving the area cleaner than he found it. He was also just a genuinely pleasant person to deal with. But what impressed me most was that the dryer vent was only part of the issue. Rather than simply doing the job I had called for and leaving, Mike took the time to try to figure out what was behind the dryer warning disabling the machine. My dryer is now operating, and I avoided an appliance repair service call, along with the aggravation, time, and expense associated with it. That kind of honesty and problem-solving is hard to find.
