I live in Mississauga and accidentally bought tickets for the Kitchener location. I immediately called twice and left voicemails--no response. I then followed up by email when no one got back to me. In good faith, I still went with my three kids to the Mississauga location and even became a member. They did not care about this at all and refused to refund my $98, hiding behind a rigid "final sale" policy and the excuse that they were "too busy" to answer calls or check voicemails. I acted in good faith from the start, but they showed zero flexibility or accountability. I hope this review helps others avoid this place and ends up costing them far more than the $98 they refused to return.

They are able to do private events such as birthday parties. If you've never been here before then you'll have to do 2 things. 1, sign a waiver which is basically saying if you get hurt you can't sue. 2, is buy sky zone socks - these socks are made specifically for the trampoline park and you can't jump around if you don't buy these socks (they cost around $6). You then buy a time pass for how long you want to jump for - this includes 1hr, 1hr30m, and 2hrs. After that you're free to enter the park. There's also a mini cafeteria if you're hungry and would like to eat without having to leave. When I went, there were 6 sections. The first is a dodgeball court where you can play dodgeball on trampolines. The second is just a bunch of trampoline squares. The third has 3 basketball nets where you can dunk with a basketball. The fourth is a parkour course - sort of like american ninja warrior - they have 3 difficulties. The fifth is a rock climbing wall which also has a few difficulties. The last one is a foam pit which you can jump into. On my experience I honestly found it to get old really quickly. Me and my friends managed to get through the park in like 45 minutes and we bought the 1 hr and 30 minute pass. So honestly, the latter half just felt very repetitive. I think this place is way better for kids to blow off energy as they seem to be entertained for a while. At certain times, it gets really busy and there's a lot of kids so if you're not really comfortable with that then it might not be a good idea to come. If you really like the idea of jumping on a trampoline for a while then it's a great place for you. The other thing is that if you're one of those people who aren't into athletic activities then you might have to pass because believe me it's VERY tiring LOL. Also, bring athletic clothes since you're going to be moving - a lot.

For me, the place was spacious, with a massive trampoline area, ball pit, rope swing, dodge ball area and others. I even liked how the trampoline area had varied sizes of squares (or trampolines) so that with some of the larger ones you would feel more comfortable to do things like flips and back drops. They also had a really cool monkey-bar, jungle gym area as well as a large arcade. Lots of couches for people to relax on, which were right on the same level as the trampolines that you could watch your kids from a close proximity. They place is very clean and the staff were plentiful and helpful. It's not necessarily the cheapest place, but considering the costs they would have (including lots of staff to monitor the jumpers), I'm sure it's a fair price. To make matters worse, the staff member assigned to our party was called away to a lengthy staff meeting while we were the only party there. We struggled to get water refills when they were most needed. Mara was helpful whenever she was available, but overall the staff seemed unprepared, and no manager came to check on our group or address the situation. What was most disappointing wasn't just the broken AC--it was how the situation was handled. There was no advance warning, no apology from the GM, no effort to mitigate the conditions with fans, complimentary cold drinks, arcade passes, or any other accommodation. Customer safety and satisfaction should have been the priority. We paid a hefty price for a memorable birthday celebration and instead experienced an unsafe and deeply disappointing afternoon. There was an ice cream store and a Starbucks opened when we were there. Several of the businesses were not open when we stopped by. There is a craft brewery on site as well as a restaurant, The Club House, and a distillery. We did not sample any of these as we were there early in the day. The Factory is an entertainment complex geared towards younger children. There is plenty for young kids to do including an escape room, trampoline park, high ropes course, zip line and virtual reality. Would be ideal for kids on a rainy cold day. It was nice to see the changes to this space and understand that they are building a hotel and concert area which should be a good draw.

Birthday party review…read more It's crazy from the walk in and non stop until you leave! Parking lot: narrow and limited so line ups will happen. But it's free so be patient. Entrance: Bottle necking traffic due to filling out waivers, and sign in. Rolling clothing carts are labelled for your party to hold gifts and clothes from your party. Rock climbing and harness climbing at the front is extra. The middle before the trampolines is the small arcade. Then it's shoes off before heading on to the trampolines. It's not a great transition for going shoeless here. Sock it to you here: Air riders make it mandatory to buy their neon green socks. Not any old grippy sock will do but their $5 ones. Staff are placed strategically throughout the jump site. Some are not as engaged or maybe the kids cannot hear them over the loud music. There is one tv to play a jump game and there is no one watching the line ups, so kids can be waiting eternally or get bumped from order. We asked to place an attendant here since kids aren't great at advocating. The floor manager tried but the teen moved to this new position was not happy managing this. An hour does go by really quickly. It didn't smell horribly of feet and sweat so that says a lot.

A large venue, and staff who cared to engage in crowd control. This location is much smaller and pure pandemonium! Kids running amock, with no supervision from staff. Too many people are allowed in at once, and it's not safe! Everyone should be jumping on their own trampoline, not running into others! I would never return to this location, unless they limited the number of guests, and actually supervised what is going on!
