We can't say enough great things about Gina, Bianca, Laura, and everyone at AirBud & B. If I could give them 6 stars I would. My boyfriend and I were in a bind and found AirBud & B last minute and they took care of our pup Winnie like she was their own. They gave us plenty of updates, photos, and videos of our dog while we were out of town that gave us peace of mind while we were on our trip. AirBud & B isn't like any regular doggy daycare company. It is a home where dogs can play, eat, get cuddles, and sleep just like they do when they are at their homes. They take the dogs for walks, feed them, let them play in the backyard, and give them free range of the house/beds/couches. I can't emphasize how kind, gracious, and flexible Gina is. She loved our pup so much that she even went above and beyond and bought her a toy and a bandana that we got to take home with us. Drop off and pick up were easy and Gina accommodated our schedules. I look forward to using AirBud & B again in the future and feel completely comfortable and at ease knowing we have AirBud & B to take care of our Winnie when we are out of town or are working. Gina at AirbudandB is amazing! She has dog sit for us 3-4 times now and our high maintenance rescue pup LOVES her! After every other sitter we tried, she would be stressed out and upset when we got home. But she is calm and happy after she stays with Gina. Gina did a great jobs with our two pups when went out of town for a week. One of our dogs has a physical disability and is a bit more work, but she handled him very well. We were in Europe, and the time difference can be tricky. Gina made sure we were always informed and sent us updates and pics. I love AirBud and B! I adopted my little, not-so-social pup Ivy in December and the guilt of leaving her home alone all day really bothered me. I went on a hunt for a dog walker / daycare and fell upon Gina. She and her family immediately fell in love with Ivy and took care of her is if she was their own. They were so flexible and kind, even on nights that I had to work late. They took care of Ivy when I had to go out of town, and just gave the best service a pup owner could ask for. They watched Ivy for for 8 months until I decided to move across town. I'm not going to lie, I'm really sad that Gina and her family are no longer going to be in our daily lives b/c they truly are the best. If you can't tell already, I would HIGHLY recommend you consider AirBud and B for your doggie daycare needs. read more

I'm being considerate about writing a poor review for a small business, I wish I wasn't, but I think it's fair I speak of my experience with Gina entirely so other people can judge if it is right for their dog. We had a good experience to start, my pup really loved coming here and had made other great dog friends. We started to notice some weird things along the way as to how Gina was running her daycare and my pups behavior. After months of daycare where Power was always stated as being so good and sweet and gentle, she texts me that he is being aggressive. Pup parent aside, I wanted to hear her out, as I'm not present. I asked, is he showing his teeth, growling, biting, tail down... anything known to be illustrative of dog aggression. She said no, we agreed he wasn't aggressive and just very playful (like most young dogs are) and moved on. The next week, she texts me that my dog seems depressed to be there. Here we go again... I have to listen, and ask, is he being lethargic, shy, not eating? Nope. None of those things, just playful and whines for attention. It's now clear to me Gina is overwhelmed, stressed, and is wanting dogs who don't want to play, take naps, and don't need attention. It seemed to me she was trying to pressure me to take my dog out of her daycare by lying about his behavior. Take some responsibility for yourself and your business, that is not how you handle things. We are all adults working hard and are stressed sometimes, be honest at the very least. The best part is, my dog is in many of the photos here on Yelp that she's posted. His name is Power, he's a wonderful, loving, rescue from Korea, and he's pictured playing with the other dogs and very happy. Go figure. More fun facts: --I learned she uses a broom to chase the dogs and scare them apart when they're playing too much. She illustrated this behavior to me with a "raaarrrr" kind of noise. Yeah that would make my dog scared and anxious, thanks for that. --I have showed up before to drop my dog off and she wasn't home and dogs were left alone inside. I walked up to hear dogs barking and she told me that she would be another 30 minutes and she was sorry. Not what I am paying for. --She repeatedly tells me how stressed she is with all the dogs. Dogs pick up on human stress. You don't have to overwhelm yourself, know your limits, we all have them when it comes to work. --I have seen Gina's mother (who is a huge part of this business even though I was never told this) who gets overwhelmed easily, yells at the dogs, pulls them roughly yelling at them. I've seen it in person. I've even offered to help and open the dog gate to let my dog in because she couldn't hold all the dogs back. Again no idea what I'm paying for. --Not to mention sometimes I drop my dog off and the only person home is her daughter who I think is around 12 or 13? She's a very sweet girl, it just seems a little odd that she's basically left in charge sometimes. --A current dog in their care, Chaga, actually peed on Gina while I was picking up my dog. This environment is clearly stressing other dogs out as well. --Gina has also refuted my criticism and sends me nasty text messages while I'm busy at work, which is the entire point of engaging with her business, so I don't have to stress or worry about my dog while I am at work, it costs me money! She has managed to bring enormous stress into my life over this. Gina aside, this, unfortunately is not a good dog daycare, at the end of the day it's about the dogs and the dogs are stressed out and anxious. They don't get enough playtime, the house is very small, and they simply can't handle all of the dogs they take on. The environment created by Gina and her mother is not calm, I appreciate their ambition to create a small business and I wish them well, but there are major improvements to be had, and then maybe this can be a good daycare. But it isn't right now. I have given Gina too many chances, you need to treat your customers better, both dog and human. I hope you take this as a learning experience for your business. I have moved on and found a much better daycare at a home where the owner is attentive and loving, with a big beautiful yard and he doesn't overwhelm himself with too many dogs, and best of all my dog gets to be the energetic and playful pup that he is without worry. Airbud&b is the most amazing dog sitter service in town. Gina is awesome! She has the ability to keep the dogs calm in her home. Her service is so orderly & structured. I feel my dog is in the best of hands as he has immense seperation anxiety. She's able to keep him relaxed & quiet. Her home has a loving environment feel for all the dogs she takes care of. She's so patient & kind. When you meet her one can sense her care & love for animals. Her family are great too, chill no hidden airs or agenda they care for people & animals and truly want to help those who are in need of a reliable & responsible dog sitter, someone they can trust. Gina is amazing! Our dog does not generally do well when we go out of town. We've had friends dog sit her in the past and she just will lay around all sad till we're back from vacation. I decided to give AirBud and B a try and she did amazing. She had lots of play time with other dogs, went on pack walks, and got lots of cuddles and attention. Gina texted me multiple times a day with pictures and updates. Can't recommend AirBud and B for all your doggie daycare/boarding needs. We'll definitely be back! read more
