Not much has changed... They still sell furniture items that feel unsteady (wobbly) to me. They still have a lot of China made decor, ironically this time for the July 4th holiday...there is something that strikes me as wrong about that, is that just me? The service is good at these places though, they had a large staff who was stocking the shelves. I was asked several times by them if they could assist me with anything. The prices seem high at first, but almost everything has sale tags on them for like 30-50% off.

Great experience, great food, and zero pressure. Just learning, cooking, and eating. Hard to beat that. Our instructor, Chef Michael, was fantastic. Knowledgeable without being preachy, confident without being arrogant, and genuinely fun to learn from. He explained the "why" behind what we were doing, not just the steps, which made the whole class more engaging and useful. We learned how to make lobster risotto that was rich, creamy, and surprisingly approachable. He also walked us through a fresh salad with a maple vinaigrette that was simple but elevated, and we finished with a perfectly cooked New York strip topped with a herb compound butter that brought everything together. The class was relaxed, interactive, and delicious from start to finish. You cook real food, learn techniques you can actually use at home, and then sit down and enjoy what you made. No rushing, no stress, just a really good experience. Highly recommend this class, whether you're a confident home cook or someone who just wants to learn a few new skills.
