So they also have a GIANT dressing room which is "off-limits" and sits idle while women are lined up everywhere. I asked if we could use it and was told that...get this..."That's where we store the LONG dresses." So apparently this DRESS STORE can't find somewhere else to store the long dresses (after they've been tried on by a potential buyer). So they eliminate an entire dressing room, while people are waiting in line...so they can hang dresses. So freaking dumb!

"we have a system to check sizes" she said..........no duh, LITERALLY NO DUH who doesn't, it was rude and disrespectful, and as someone who demonstrates genuine positive energy and a collected manner to everyone it was insulting and as someone who works in RETAIL administration it was exactly what stores, leaders or associates, should not be doing in a retail field... and my receipt states my salesperson was A'jon?! That was a lie, a full on lie on my receipt, I was not helped by anyone, otherwise I would of had some idea of what was going on inside that mess of a store, I had no desire to purchase anything that night after trying on but felt so incredibly pressured I purchased one item a flannel, that I was absolutely in love with when I first saw it online, and now I want to return, and will never step into your store again and will make sure others around me or on my media don't neither ...and yes I was the one wearing the vintage hoodie on dec/7 with the fur line, just so you know who I am, the store is is an absolute disaster and as a retail personnel myself your store needs to evaluate its customer service and the African American manager who nearly threw a shirt at me walking to the Oxford section was shocking. What if I was a secret visitor? Or exect? Or your family? Learn how to treat customers of any skin color and sex orientation correctly and yes, my message will relay to others, because no one with the basic idea of simple inclusion, equality, and respect will step in your stores again. It was disgusting behavior the way I was treated, that's not how large businesses should be running. Please never treat a customer like that ever again especially since I am someone who deals with extremely severe anxiety I felt like I was going to pass out in there it was a terrifying feeling honestly, I was so uncomfortable and it belittled me, I quite literally started sweating SO bad, I was so embarrassed and I did NOTHING, I did not steal, I did not say anything rude or bother anyone, I simply walked in the store with the intention to simply shop. Coach and evaluate your team on simple customer service!!! And I also heard several workers cursing on the floor... so there's that, you guys are terrible people.

They actully have a section dedicated to the special ponte pants. Also, I love that they already have a clearance section, which was an extra 50% off today! Unfortunately I wasn't one of the folks to get a gift card for $100, but I did get one for $10, so I will be back!

Now, you have to be cool with every basic chick carrying your bag, but they are nicer than a Dooney in my opinion. If you are a guy, your wife will probably love these. Great gift and it's way cheaper here to buy one. You can get a Kors at TJ Maxx for $99 to $150, but you are at the mercy of what they have. If you come here, there's ALWAYS a sale, and all my bags have been between $110 and $150, so if you want the newest styles you should come here. Also they have the matching wallet to all bags so if you are extremely weird like me, you'll want the matching wallet too. As for the sales, they vary. If you go around a holiday, you'll get more. I bought one at 20% off plus an additional 20 off that day. Last night because of Easter weekend both MK and Coach were doing 60% off plus 20% on purses and wallets. To make it easier, I'll just tell you they mark the purses up depending on the sale, so Holidays will get you about a 20 to 30 percent discount over a regular sale. Coach (in case you were wondering) purses are priced about the same, and I always look there too since it's right across from here. Most purses there will be around $130 to $170, so it's a tad bit more than an MK, but if you like plain leather Coach is a classic. I'd feel remiss if I didn't point out the reason I've had three MK bags: I've actually had four, and the first was maybe 2.5 years ago. The straps on these purses are notoriously awful. After a half a year, they started breaking down, so any person who's owned a nice bag knows that means the straps loose the outside leather adhesive and start to fray. The first time, I contacted MK and they had me send my purse in and they ended up keeping it because they said it was defective. They gave me $150 credit, which was awesome because it paid for my next purse and half the wallet! I came here and picked out a replacement and got a bigger bag to carry not only all my crap but also my laptop. Less than a year later, same thing happened. Long story short: MK bags have crappy straps. I did a repair myself using leather adhesive and purse paint but that doesn't hold up long. Good news: MK will fix your bag typically for free if you have a receipt, so make sure to get it emailed to you at checkout. Easier to keep up with. Just know a lot of times they'll keep the purse and give you a credit that's typically the amount of the purse. So if you are attached to that purse, don't send it in. Instead take it to a shoe repair place and they'll repair it for around $50. I keep buying them because the customer service is great and the sales here are awesome. If you are in the market for MK or Coach come here. Way cheaper! I'm pleased with my first Kors purchase. I went in today just to look and ended up with a nice purse and matching wallet. Sales associates are friendly and not pushy. I told her what styles I like and she showed me several. I'm most happy that this location runs HUGE sales; today the same purse I was looking at Macy's at for $350 was on sale and 40% off, brining it down to $160. For $250 I got a cute big purse and matching wallet. I'm not a fancy purse person, but I've seen these purses go for much much more. If you are in the market for a Kors purse, I'd go here.

Maybe that is normal, I don't know since I am not a big shopper. I did see a men's section but did not really look in depth since I was not looking for anything for me. I give it four stars because although we ended up not buying the thing we wanted, we were able to find someone to help us and he was informed and knowledgeable. Parking is easy.
