Highly recommend. I own a town house in Bed-Stuy and hired Airnizer to install a mini-split system for the whole house. ***Beware Of This Shady Company*** It is my opinion that this company tried to take advantage of someone that didn't know anything about HVACs. Same way a sleazy auto mechanic would. Had a HVAC unit that had a slow drip out the bottom. They charged me $250 to come look at it. After fumbling around a bit they told me a piece was broken and the only way the fix it was to make a hole in my drywall of my bedroom and replace the pump. Total of $2150! That did not include repairing / painting the drywall which they said they would not do. It sounded crazy to me that this one little piece dripping water would be this big of an issue so I told them no. I ended up getting a 2nd opinion from another company in NYC. Anyway, the other company fixed it in about 35-45 minutes. Charged me $150 total! It's been a few days and the AC is working like new. I reached out to ask if they would give me the $250 back. They asked for a receipt from the other company, which I gave them. Still would not give me a refund. Then asked me all these questions about what the other company did.. Again, I'm not an HVAC repair expert. Said they must of done some cheap fix.. blah blah blah. All I know it that it's working great now. When texting with the office to explain the experience I had a with them. They responded by threatening me about lawyering up if I posted a negative review. Just use another company. I had a bad smell coming out of one of my mini split units. I thought it was a burning smell but the tech said it wasn't. He felt it was either something in the wall or drain pan. He sprayed coils and pan then rinsed it and so far the smell is gone and has not returned. It cost $200 for the service call, but they made that clear before coming out. No complaints about this company. I will see how things go on a more involved job. read more

One of the major reasons I went with them was Eugene was the only person that walked me through all the details of what would be the best application for my project. I consider myself pretty thorough and there was no question left unanswered. From the timeliness of getting a response from Eugene (within 10 minutes!) to the awesome repair techs, this was an experience I will never forget and will always be grateful for. I have spent 6 years and 10 companies which I either paid for out of pocket or used through my Sears Home warranty contract, to repair one of my mini splits systems that stopped working after 2 years from being installed. I have gotten diagnoses of everything from being low on refrigerant, maybe a motherboard issue, maybe faulty sensors, need to clean my filters, to I need to change the batteries on my remote. Not one time did any technician ever do anything except attach a computer to my compressor to make a diagnosis. Airinizer techs literally took my unit apart and FOUND AND FIXED MY PROBLEM. Not only on one unit, but also on another unit that had recently stopped working. A total of 7 indoor split units. I thought I would cry from happiness. They did not leave my home until they were satisfied that my units were fixed. The attention to detail, thoroughness and their willingness to explain what was wrong meant everything to me. They truly care about doing their job right. They spent 6 hours troubleshooting and making absolutely sure that they double and triple checked their work and that I was satisfied. Eugene called me during the job and patiently explained what the costs were coming out to be. They did not do anything without my approval first and I know they were looking out for me and the potential costs this could be. At the end of the day, the cost was more than reasonable and they were not pushy or told me to invest in brand new units which would cost many thousands and which all the other lazy technicians I have called before have told me to do. They were looking out for me and I appreciate this work ethic. These are the absolute nicest people I have ever dealt with. Note this was during COVID-19 pandemic - so his cleanliness was extra appreciated. Before the job, he helped me understand the problem with clear messages on yelp and phone calls. He worked around problems my building had (no hose to clean the AC) by using creative solutions. He had excellent demeanor and was on time. And he fixed the problem. I reached out to the company and the same day Yauheni came to my house and did a complete inspection of all the work needed to be done and all the materials i would need. I took a week to decide to go ahead and get the work done, Yauheni returned to my house to make sure he would bring all necessary equipment so the job could be completed in the time frame he promised. Eugene came and assessed my unit, even after hours, he was meticulous with the inspection, respectful, maintained his mask at all times, and social distancing. From upon even entering my apartment, I knew that this is a good person, because within my culture it's important that one removes their shoes before entering further into the home, without even prompting him he removed his shoes and then went straight to evaluating and explaining everything with my unit!!! Simultaneously while he was inspecting everything, he was still able to maintain good social conversation about my neighborhood and features he appreciated in my apartment as well as give detailed explanations of the Ptac unit options with pros and cons. He was upfront about his limitations with the service my particular system needed and offered to refer me to a colleague who would be able to help me. A quick look up of the company he recommended also showed one of a company with very high reputation. After the initial meeting to assess and give a detailed estimate, Eugene and his crew of two men came and completed the installation of 3 Mitsubishi units in two days, where I was also fortunate to be able to coordinate an electrician to work with alongside. Prior to them coming, they alerted me to put down drop cloths for dust--but did everything else--from moving the furniture out of the way and putting it all back, sweeping and disposing of garbage, all within building hours' parameters.
