Eugene and Airnizer is amazing. They worked on my commercial AC unit and fixed work another person had done. They did not leave until the job was complete which meant going back to the roof at night to triple check their work. My unit wasn't working and Eugene told me of all possible causes, the way to fix each problem, and gave me estimates for each scenario before they started to work. READ THIS BEFORE YOU SPEND 20K ON MINISPLITS- I waited a few months before writing this review about the Mitsubishi 2 compressor, 6 minisplit units I had installed in my home this summer. I had a very bad experience with another installer on a rental property, so I was very choosy this time around. I spoke to several companies and got several quotes. Eugene's quote was not the cheapest and his price didn't include the Kumo Cloud wifi controllers like other companies did. I highly recommend you get wifi control of your units because they are so quiet you forget to turn them off before you leave! My other property has Fujitsu Halycon units-supposedly dependable but I have had terrible luck with them so this time around I wanted the most reliable so I paid for Mitsubishi. REMEMBER and LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES; every time something goes wrong, it ends up being a minimum $500 just to get someone over to run a diagnostic. My fujitsu repairs were usually $800-1000 at least once a year. My Fujitsus weren't installed properly, the original installers bailed on me, the second company I had used to move piping disappeared. So I wanted to work with a reliable company this time around that was not going anywhere. Eugene fixed my Fujitsus and gave me good free advice so I chose his company Airnizer to do my home install. He kept his word, was on schedule and I am happy with the result. I would not hesitate to hire him again. read more

Airnizer was a life saver! Eugene and Co were a class act! I had dealt with a few companies that just were dead ends and wouldn't address the issue effectively. Airnizer were the last resort which I became satisfied with. Honest and straight forward, which is hard to come by. Brief breakdown below of my issue. I had issues with my central air unit in my apt. I had a leaking ceiling which cause damage. There were several companies that had "serviced" the unit but not long fix. Finally airnizer showed up and proposed some ideas to solve the leaking issue. Came out this morning to fix our Fujitsu mini split. Identified the leak in the indoor unit and was able to find a replacement, installed the new indoor unit, tested for leaks again, and then installed refrigerant into the system. Finished at about 5 pm. Worked all day to get our system up and running again and explained what they were doing the entire time. Highly recommended. read more

Have a heat pump split system which stopped working last week. Eugene from Airnizer came and gave us a free estimate. He was wearing a mask. After some diagnostics, he gave me options of how I can proceed. Repair, Replacement, or upgrade. He broke down the cost of each. Ended up going with a condensing unit replacement. Eugene followed up a few days after the visit and he was able to procure the equipment and start work within 2 days. The work was completed in a day and he cleaned up and took the old unit with him. Our split system is back running after he replace the unit and cleaned and purged the lines. We will have heat for the winter. Eugene was very knowledgeable and gave us a fair price. The guys did a great job cleaning our air conditioner, which was blocked and leaking in the house. They patiently managed to remove this old, heavy unit for the wall sleeve and took it outside for a thorough cleaning, immediately identifying why it was blocked. All very efficient. Eugene quickly responded to a HomeAdvisor ad. He showed up for the estimate on time and quickly understood our needs and provided immediate, reasonable estimates. He walked us through the various options for our mini-split system. Our house is 90 years old and the previous owners never installed air conditioning and were using the original radiator system (that is on its last legs). In fact, electricians said there were no outlets that could handle window units. Anyway, Eugene did a thorough assessment of the place, showed us options for the system, and provided a reasonable estimate for parts and labor. He did not try to upsell us on anything; in fact, he downsold us and said certain brands were no better (or worse) than what we got and we would be better off with the cheaper options. I did some googling and he was right! From the time we agreed to install a brand new system and signed the contract to the time the job was completed was only a few days (three days ahead of schedule, no less), even with slight delays due to rain. The system looks and runs great and isn't nearly as obtrusive as I thought it would be. True to his word, one of the units stopped working after a few days and he came right over and repaired it gratis. Excellent professional service. The person I worked with was named Eugene. He wore a mask and tried to keep the whole process as clean as possible. My air conditioner was dripping water and needed to be cleaned with some chemicals. Eugene tested the air conditioner to make sure it didn't need to be replaced and a cleaning would not work. He told me the air conditioner was in good condition but needed a cleaning to unclog the pipes and it would stop dripping. He was totally right. After he took it out and cleaned it and then put it back in the window it worked perfectly. It was quiet and dry. Eugene was very fast and did a great job. He was pleasant to work with. He explained things before he did them and asked me if I had any questions. I felt he was very honest and really wanted to help. He only took payment after he completed the job and I said I was happy and satisfied. I transferred money to him via Zelle, but he can take payments using anything...... credit card, cash, pay pal, or whatever. The whole process was fast and easy. I thought I was going to have to buy a new conditioner, but instead it just needed a simple cleaning. I really recommend Eugene and his company.
