My negatives are the confusing price structure, the difficulty connecting my audiovisual devices and lack of continuity between the hotel and the event staff. I initially thought I was spending $3-$4000 but ended up spending over $6k. They would benefit from a brochure or printed materials explaining the pricing and the audiovisual connections so clients would have a clearer understanding of what they were signing up for. The hotel staff didn't know anything about the block of rooms I reserved and wouldn't give me the agreed price when I wanted a room on the spot. Ultimately my guests were happy but some did not get appetizers or any food at all because it is quickly removed. I would only recommend this venue if you have a lot of flexibility with your budget.

Owned by a South Asian it does cater to a lot of South Asian weddings but also other denominations. Pretty and large open space. However you have to park at the bottom of the Hill and walk up. If its cold or in heels, good luck. There is a small shuttle that will take 4-7 folks up but be careful getting in and out. If its early April and its cold, wear warm clothes like a overcoat. The bar and place for food buffets is outside...great for warm weather but not cold. The outdoor toilets flood so be aware. Nice large tent for guests but in cold weather don't depend on warmth from the heater as the door outside stays open a lot. Seems like a nice place to hold weddings with space but caveats beware.

I had reached out months in advance for this because I wanted to ensure nothing went wrong and that I had time to fix it if it did. Maria not only offered her opinions and suggestions but also gave me feedback on ideas that we were playing with and or considering. Communication and service was top tier as she checked in with me throughout the weeks leading up to the events and most important days of our lives. We also chose delivery and she arrived promptly every single time! She knocked it out of the park on all of our expectations and she's just a wonderful person to work with. My wife was so pleased with the bouquet and boutonniere used for our special wedding events. The pictures speak for themselves! Maria even sent pictures of the bouquet beforehand to ensure we loved what we saw. Had a súper fun birthday party here for my 17 year old. I think it was "nostalgic" for the kids…read more The food was pizza and chicken tenders. But like- really yummy tenders. They had two hours to bowl and eat. Then we gave them video game cards and they played in the arcade for a bit. There were staff checking on us the whole time to make sure everything was okay. I would definitely have another party here.

Miriam which was our server checked all my boxed starting with an introduction and telling us what's new to offer and great things to try. On my way out the door I spoke with a nice manger who I believe was Kellen who sealed the deal for my family and I to show up again, we for sure did end up staying a bit longer playing in the arcade after speaking with him. A large hotel just north of DC. We were there for a funeral and were able to get a room on short…read morenotice for a few days. I got the feeling from the out lay and the large number of outlets they got a lot of business travelers and possibly conventions. It wasn't really a 'tourist' vibe and was not really close to mass transit into DC. It was what you'd expect, a bed and a place to put your clothes with all the personality of a box of Kleenex, but serviceable. Because of why we were there we didn't try the indoor pool, gym or restaurant but they looked nice. We did have some issues with the small things like turning down the A/C-seriously who has the A/C turned up in mid-March? And the in room coffee maker was not funvctional. It would be only a call to fix but the fact they were unaware of it before hand says something about the place too. The bathroom was oddly laid out with the toilet paper not within easy reach of the toilet, my wife was forced to move a roll onto the vanity just to have it convenient. Overall it wasn't a bad stay and the reason for the stay might have colored by overall views but it was neither good nor bad. it was. Just that, it was.
