They delivered TWO inoperable, malfunctioning dryers, which happened over a 4-day period of me and my family having to adjust our schedules to meet the times they could come to our home. We also had to go to a laundry mat, because we had a couple loads of clothes that needed to be dried during this duration of time. The worker they sent out did NOT speak English, so I couldn't explain to him (which I shouldn't have had to do) that the dryer needed to be balanced and attached properly to the aluminum vent, but he knew how to and made sure to ask for the money, when he delivered the very first dryer. At the time they were supposed to bring a THIRD dryer, I considered buying a washer, and "Esmerelda" sent me pictures and gave me a price but when I asked if they were taking into consideration the defective dryers they sent and the time, etc. it costed my family to accommodate them with the price they would be charging for the washer, I was given a strong "NO". So, I decided to discontinue dealing with this company, and asked for my money back for the dryer. Esmerelda tried sending my refund back via Cash App or Venmo - neither of which do I use - but I demanded cash back the same way it was given to them, so she gives my stories about how they are short on staff to be able to return my money in person. She then tells me that they would bring the money this past Wednesday, between 4-6pm, again causing me to have someone at my house to accommodate THEM. As we approached the 4-6pm time frame, Esmerelda texts saying they need to come Thursday at the same time. Furious, I explain to her that I have accommodated and tolerated their lack of professionalism as much as I could, and that I could not adjust another day in our schedule, but she continued to say they didn't have anyone that could come out any other time. Luckily, I was able to adjust my schedule to be available for Thursday. Of course they did NOT come out Thursday, nor did Esmerelda respond to my text message, so yesterday I had an official Small Claims Demand Letter issued to them via certified mail with an email and text message sent to them on today at approximately 3PM. Within minutes, I was getting SEVERAL calls and texts from them with someone, who I assume to be "Oscar" (the owner), saying they were not aware of the situation, asking how can we resolve this and saying they could bring the money within 45 minutes. I told them that I did not believe them, because Esmerelda lied to me on more than one occasion and that if they didn't bring my money TODAY, I would be suing them! Within an hour, they were pulling up at my house to refund my money, but it is such a shame that I had to take these drastic measures to do so. I had TWO friends that needed appliances, and I referred them to First Choice, but since this debacle, I have assured them that they should NOT want to pursue conducting business with this company, because they have proven to be VERY inconsiderate and unprofessional! BUYER BEWARE!!!

He came and found that the washer didn't appear to be the source of the water rather the plumbing it was hooked to was clogged up and slightly overflowing. Nice find and worth the 60'ish dollars we paid for the visit. We got a rotorooter out after he left and fixed that issue. However We had also tipped the washer on its side looking for the leak. Turns out... don't do that. We ended up with an LE error code that 1st choice also gave a quote of $550 to repair. A very long story but in summary the quote from 1st choice listed a transmission repair among other things. Turns out our machine doesn't have a transmission. Also something called a spider. It holds the clothes drum. But that is fine too. It took us a week but we figured out the issue. It was a easily replaced $30 sensor. The fairly new Washer is now working flawless.

We have been on the search for a bed for about six months now, and have not found anything that worked for both of us, but wouldn't break the bank. Prior to this we bought a mattress from Mattress Firm for well over $2k and it sucked. It sunk within 2 months and we had to fight them tooth and nail to replace it, and they finally did - WITH THE SAME BED, which did the same thing. Before buying this bed we hadn't had a decent nights sleep in almost two years... very exhausting and aggravating. Firstly the store is something out of my dreams, it has every piece of furniture your could hope for (classy furniture even), for a super affordable price. I spied about 3 other things I will be back to buy after we move! Two weeks prior to our visit we bought an Italian leather couch from Ashley's and paid almost 2k for it (dual recliner with cup holder/electronic device port) and I wish that we would have found this place first. It had a couch that looked almost the exact same for 1/3 the price! Granted not as many bells and whistles but too good a price to beat for essentially the same product. Anyhow, I digress - back to the bed. Due to our shotty bed my fiance (at time of purchase) had severe back problems from sinking so badly. He went in expecting to be disappointed (he can be hard to please), but the sales men/women were super attentive and accommodating. We tried the same 5 beds probably 50 different times and no one heckled us to make a decision. Finally we decided on a bed and they promptly strapped it onto the roof of my Kia Soul and off we went! The store GM addressed our worries regarding the warranty and assured us that if the bed did start to sink, we may return it for a DIFFERENT bed (our big concern, considering the last place would only replace with the same crappy product). After all was said and done we walked out with a king sized mattress, box spring, and mattress cover for under $700. We have slept like babies every night since we bought it. Five stars for staff helpfulness, product options, product quality, and easiness of purchase. Would definitely recommend to a friend, and we WILL be back!
