Armando had to call me back to confirm that it was not already sold and he did just what he said. Called me back and gave me the great news. Even better, it had a small dent in the back and was discounted by $125. The delivery guys were AWESOME! Popped out the dent before they even brought it up for installation and gave our office team great tips and pointers. Will definitely call them whenever I need a new appliance. Super friendly staff!

Fast forward 2 weeks and we noticed a small leak in our basement. We called a plumber and learned that the ice maker was installed incorrectly. I contacted the manager at Appliance Discounters to report the issue and seek reimbursement. They claimed that it wasn't covered because we didn't report the leak the day after it was installed. And because it wasn't covered by their insurance they were not going to cover the damages. I was very disappointed that there was no accountability for the mistake.
