The top doors were finally replaced, but the bottom door was shipped damaged, the installer told me. I have since been given 2 different replacement dates, and TWICE they have not come. When I go inside the store to inquire, I feel as though I am being pushed off to someone else, and none of the employees know what's going on can get the job finished for me. They are always very busy eating at their desks. I will never shop at Appliance Discounters, and I have not had any accountability from the sales team. I was/am so disappointed with the Deer Creek store employees. There is no excuse for the lack of communication and effort to right a wrong that the delivery team caused.

There was no note on the door that may explain why the store closed early that day. If the owner had experienced an emergency or other unexpected issue arise, there should be a note apologizing for closing early. Many other fine rug stores in St. Louis also close at 5. Since I had a number of errands to run on Friday I couldn't make to multiple rug galleries. I did some research online looking at websites and really liked what I saw at Ageless Rugs - I was also considering visiting Asadorian Rugs on Natural Bridge.
