Quality of pedicures can be improved. Toes weren't clipped or filed to be shaped, only painted over it all. Customer service is great.

I arrived there and asked if there was any wait for just a gel pedicure in which they replied no and to just choose a color. I did have to a few minutes but that wasn't the bad part. Once the guy who was going to do my nails called for me he told me to take a sit and the water was ready. The second I sat down and out my feet in, he literally got up and left. I thought he had to do something really quick and so I waited. Atleast 15 minutes passed by and he never came back so I decided I would go some where else instead. I dried myself off and told the person at the front I was going to leave. Very unprofessional to just leave people waiting without even an explanation as well. read more

The lady thinned out my eyebrows after I told her I wanted to leave them thick. Sloppy polish change & overpriced. Do not recommend.

I was looking around for a new nail place that didn't cost a foot and a leg for a set of nails and came across Airport Blvd Nails. I got a fill in with clear acrylic (the colored ones cost more) and I paid 45$ before the tip. Amazingly low price considering my old place these would be about 85$ before tip. The lady checked with me each step of the way to make sure I still liked it and promptly fixed and concerns I had. I will be coming back regularly. read more

I went in for an appointment and they seated me and started quickly. All workers were wearing masks and sanitizing accordingly. Everyone was very kind and it was an enjoyable environment. Unfortunately I was a bit unhappy with the outcome of my nails. To start with, they gave me gel polish without clarifying so I was shocked when I realized what was happening and I had to pay $10 extra for the polish. After I left I realized one nail is noticeably shorter then the rest of them. The nail art I got was not worth the $14 extra. It's a bit sloppy on my left hand and they ignored one of the details I asked for. 3 stars for the environment, the kindness and the free water but I left knowing I will not go back unless it's a last resort. read more

I LOVE this place. I stopped in on this place to get my nails done on a whim almost seven months ago and I go back all the time now. They take their time to do your nails and most importantly they have really good customer service. Only once did I not like the way my nails turned out and I went back the next day and they did BOTH my fingernails and toenails over again free of charge. While all the nail techs seem really qualified and professional I've personally dealt with Kim, David, Daniel and one other lady who's name escapes me (sorry!) and my nails came out great! They really seem to care about customers and value their regulars. If you're in the Wilson area this should be your ONLY stop to get your nails done! read more

Very precise. Quick, but does not rush which is something I can appreciate. Expect to be there for a while because they always seem to be busy, I'd recommend making an appointment in advance (Kim is my go-to but everyone does a good job too). Great customer service! They even do waxing, so I always try to get my eyebrows done here; Michelle recently did mine because Kim is on vacay and she did an amazing job, very sweet and accommodating. read more

I honestly left the salon looking and feeling like a million bucks without having to break the bank (prices really are good), but perhaps I got what I paid for because in less than 24 hours, my gel manicure had bubbled up on seven of ten fingers and the nail repair done on my big toe was cracked/peeling. Perhaps it was the humidity in Wilson (I'm from up north), or maybe it was the application of the polish. In any event, I hate to leave this review because the staff and owner were honestly all gracious, kind and accommodating, but I am serious about my nails and feel it is my duty to warn people before they spend their money. When I returned home, I went to my usual nail place and all of my first world problems were fixed. read more

I was not pleased with this place at all. The job done was very shoddy. I had to have her re-do it twice because the SNS was done so haphazard that it was bumpy and not smooth. I showed the managaer after her 2nd attempt and had to leave and go back so they could re-do most of them again because she did such a crummy job. I have been there 2 times - first time not too bad but not great. The second time they said they would be right with me, they sat me in a chair for a pedicure. I literally sat there for 25 minutes with no one working on me or acknowledging how long I had been sitting there. I felt like they put me in the chair with my feet soaking to just get me to stay instead of being open and telling me it would be up to an hour wait. After 30 minutes of sitting there I asked how much longer and the man said it would probably be another 10-15 minutes. Needless to say I got up and left at that point. They should just be honest with people at the forefront and let them know the wait is going to be up to an hour! read more

All I can say is AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING. I came in today for the first time and they were packed. They told me to leave my number and they would call if I wanted, so I did and I went home, they called about an hour or two later and I went back. They have beautiful polish colors and the staff were so nice. Michelle did my full set and they are absolutely stunning. I will never go anywhere else for my nails in NC.
