Take it for what it's worth, since this was (hopefully) the one and only time we'll have to use their services, but we were quite literally saved by the service department, and on a holiday eve, at that. We had just had a horrible experience in our home town with a Ford dealer's service department, but we thought since the car had been recently repaired, it would be safe to drive the 200 miles or so to Cincinnati for our New Year's Eve plans. As luck would have it, the car died just a few miles outside of Cincinnati, and Airport Ford was the closest repair shop, which is where Roadside Assistance will tow you. I was not enthused after reading the reviews, but I have to tell you, our experience was great. First, they did not attempt to lie to us, or sugarcoat anything, which was the opposite of our hometown dealer (Town and Country Ford, in Evansville, Indiana, in case you're looking for a service department to avoid). The service manager told us quite frankly that it was unlikely they would be able to fix it, since it was 45 minutes before closing on new years Eve and frankly, his guys wanted to get out of there. But he put two techs on it, and they were able to diagnose it and fix it, as well as test drive it to make sure it worked, before they closed. Granted, it cost almost 400 bucks, and was not covered by the so called extended warranty, but that's Ford's fault, not theirs. I didn't even mention above that the manager buttonholed a rep from a rental car company and made him stay there until it was clear we wouldn't need him. That's what we would have had to do if they could not have fixed it, since we were traveling with our in laws, and they both have medical issues that keep them pretty close to home. I can't speak for their normal routine, but for these out of towners, they were a Godsend in an emergency. I would go back in a heartbeat, if I lived around here. read more

I was not looking for a truck at all, had brought a friend up to pick his car up from the shop. A salesman (Doug) approached me and started a conversation with me. After I had told him that I was not looking to purchase he continued to talk with me, (and not trying to sell me anything). after standing there with him I started looking around and he assisted me and went and got keys (At my request) for me to look at some of the trucks for a future purchase. I ended up buying a new truck that day because I was NOT pressured. If he had been pushy in anyway I would have just walked away. If you are looking to buy, I would ask for Doug at Airport ford . I read all the reviews of Airport Ford only AFTER I brought my Expedition there for service and I was very nervous and even considered canceling service and bringing my car to another mechanic - but I didn't. I worked closely with Adam at Airport and he regularly communicated with me on the progress of my repairs and my car was ready when promised. When I picked up the car Adam made an effort to come and meet with me personally. He mentioned that he is aware of the negative reviews of their service department and he seems committed to improving this image. He then taught me all about using the system so that I left feeling confident in all the technology my new car had to offer. I could not be happier with my car. Airport Ford has a friendly knowledgeable professional staff who treat you fairly and perform the required service to bring your vehicle back to working order as quickly as possible at the least cost that allows for a quality repair. Sometimes the cost of repairs seem excessive at todays prices but if you check around you will find that Airport's labor and parts costs are in standard with the industry, and lower then some. But you must keep in mind that cost is not always the bottom line. The quality of the work performed should be the final deciding test. I went in for my first service on lease... I was immediately greeted by Jon Leidy... being my first visit, Jon took an immediately lead and gave me the information that I needed to proceed quickly. I was also having trouble with the sync between my iPhone and the car! Jon immediately sourced the problem to my phone and walked me thru getting the sync... which he immediately achieved. The facility may not be the most new and fancy, but Mario and the service team are exceptional. They listen to what I explain and always find a way to solve. Have taken my Focus back to Airport Ford since 2014. They have done service since purchase and I have been happy with almost all service. The service that I have received and was not happy with , I discussed with Service Manager, and those problems were corrected. Upon last visit they were in a remodel of waiting area, increasing the area and sealing doors and replacing windows, making the area more comfortable. read more

Just want to say thanks to Service Advisor Al Wellen and techs Alex and Dan for prompt service. While traveling from Michigan to South Georgia I noticed I had air hissing from trailer tire while fueling next door to Ford dealer. I pulled the tire with a borrowed wrench from Alex and Al had technician Dan repair it while I installed my spare. I noticed the leak at 4:15 and at 5:20 I was back on I-75. read more

Guy was very friendly and patient explaining different options for my vehicle. He beat everyone else on price. Took the vehicle in and had 4 tires installed. Quick and easy....just how it should be. We have been dealing with Airport Ford for over 22 years now and I have to say in the past 2 years, service has gotten MUCH better. We are always skeptical about using a dealership for higher prices, but they are actually competitive with any place you can go to for service on a Ford vehicle.
