It may have been a random fluke, however, my first experience was a disaster at best. After riding 2 stops on the 1 Line, we were all instructed to get off at Ranier Beach stop as there was some sort of police activity prohibiting us from riding further and we at this point were asked to cross the street and wait for a shuttle. About 10 min later, a shuttle arrived however not everyone could fit so this shuttle was jam packed with people! We were told that this shuttle would take us to the Columbia City station and from there, the 1 Line would resume. As it was traffic hour when this all happened, shuttle was slow moving, so probably another 20-30 min later, we arrived. A train was waiting for us and after that detour, the ride was smooth all the way to my destination. I made the mistake of getting off one stop before I intended, so that added another 10min to trip, completely my own stupid fault. So a trip from the airport that should have taken a little under an hour took close to 2 hours for me. Was an interesting experience and for $3, I really shouldn't complain. I also saved my company $100 but also wasted 90min on public transit. And time is money. I think this might have just been a little bad luck and a less frequent occurrence, but it definitely made me not want to take this form of transit ever again. They do get one star because when I mapped it out on Google maps, there was clear warning there was a delay and detour. It was just my poor choice to take a chance and see what happens. However, if the opportunity presents itself again and there were no issues with the Link light rail, I might consider this option again.

I was coming in for my Alaskan cruise and I was referred to this company by my Facebook NCL group. After browsing the website to figure out how to get the process on booking, (which was very easy navigation) I decided to call and speak with someone to just confirm and ask questions since I was coming from out of town . Customer service was stellar. All my questions were answered and I did not feel rushed at all. I was even informed to save monies to return to the website and book online. Absolutely amazing. Before my flight I had received a follow up call of confirmation which I was very grateful for to just let me know I was not forgotten. My group got the pick up from the airport to our hotel , then pick up from the NCL ship to the airport. Both pick ups were handled with professionalism. From airport to the hotel Michael Z. Sent a text to us informing us his whereabouts and stayed in communication with us until he found us despite all the detour chaos of the airport. This was greatly appreciated. He was friendly, welcoming and socially gifted. :) they switched our driver on the last day pick up from the ship, I'm sorry because I would love to give his name as well but customer service did communicate the change and informed us they were still on schedule which was great as well. I know there is alot of shuttles to choose in this area but if you're looking for stress free, budget friendly, great customer service support, this is your company ! I booked this shuttle service for 20 people months in advance. On arrival we landed early and had to wait over an hour which we understood and remained patient since we were early due to the airline moving our flight of 20 people to an earlier departure time. Upon return of our cruise we had a scheduled time for pick up at 9:30am to get to the airport for our flights. When we're got to the pick up spot there were 2 vans there. The 1st van took 5 people and left. The 2nd van took half our party and was sent on. The other half sat and waited ....at 1st it was told to us there was a 10 min wait and then 20 another min wait and finally after an hour of waiting I got a manager on the phone who was completely rude. I asked what the hold up was and explained that we booked this service in February for a June pickup....his response to me was "then you should have traveled in February" I do not recommend using this company. After waiting an hour and a half another shuttle showed up for a party of 3 (not for us) who was also going to the airport so we jumped in with them because we did not have a time which our van would arrive. We are a girl scout troop that took the girls to Alaska so there was a lot of planning involved. I thought that this company would be a good fit but most definitely was not.

After chatting with Dave and Dawn, I learned they had been trained on advanced competitive driving, including skills for handling aggressive drivers, low visibility and slippery roads. 3. Outstanding Service: On our return trip, we accidentally left a baby toy in the vehicle. I was prepared to pay for shipping it back, but Dave delivered it to our home the next morning. This gesture was above and beyond my expectations. 4. Reasonable Pricing: Compared to other companies offering similar services, their prices are very reasonable. Overall, I was really impressed by the quality of car service, especially the predictability. That's the most important factor. Over the course of four days, I was given four completely different SUV price quotes, each time blamed on a "system" or "technical" error. The rates changed repeatedly with no clear explanation or accountability. If a company cannot consistently generate an accurate quote, it raises serious concerns about their ability to deliver service on the day of travel. This process was disorganized, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. I ultimately cancelled the reservation and would not trust this company for any future travel. I will be advising others to avoid them as well.

    PROS - Flat Rate per Day…read more- Convenient - Open from 5:30am-12:30am - Refrigerated Items Accepted - No Size Limit - Pay on Pick Up CONS - Ease of Locating Located in the baggage claim area of SEA-TAC International, alongside the window/exit side between baggage claims 9 and 10 is the convenient Smarte Carte Storage. Be aware that it can easily be missed, but it does have a yellow painted wall similar to that used for their pay-to-rent smarte cartes throughout the arrival and departure areas. My experience was a pleasant one. Given that I hadn't been to Seattle, and it was on my bucket list, it came in handy to have somewhere to drop off my carry-on duffel bag while I explored Seattle on my 8 hour layover. It took some research as this baggage storage area was ran by Ken's Baggage prior to 2016. The price was very convenient, for two overhead sized duffel bags it came out to approximately $18 for whole day storage (this was for 2018/01/04), and Smarte Carte Storage is open almost 24 hours, so you can still access your belongings regardless of when you were to pick them up. However, I do not know if you can add to/access your belongings inbetween drop off and pick up... that would be a good thing to know. The employees were pleasant and patient. Unfortunately, I do not recall the name of the lady who helped store our luggage as we were in a hurry, but Bernard helped us retrieve our luggage.. we also got to see what the storage area looked like in the back, and it is very well organized. They even had a refrigerated area, I'm guessing for any ice boxes carrying any fish/seafood that was caught to be flown out, which was unexpected but I'm sure helpful in many cases. Would I return? Most definitely. I'll be sure to post current pricing as of my visit (2018.01.04) for those that are also searching for a place to store luggage/belongings during a long layover at SEA-TAC. --/ One for ME, YELP for YOU. @sandyexplores
