They were flexible with my timing as I was coming into town in a friend's truck and he needed to be back on the road before the next snowstorm came. The team came out pretty much exactly as our truck was arriving and they began unloading. Most of the boxes were placed in the correct room as they did have stickers on them which I got from Amazon and I highly recommend as it's so much faster than writing But I was mainly pleased that they were able to accommodate my four hour timeframe as I was not exactly sure when we were arriving due to road closures from rock slides and weather that seems to always arise inbound to Southlake Tahoe. Pressing not out of the ordinary for the area and as far as I'm concerned anyone who will come and lift things helping me avoid further sciatica damage are worthy of the rate they charge. So, when I bought a bed frame, dresser, nightstand that needed assembled and bought a 75" and 50" TV's that needed to be opened have the feet attached on the bottom and placed where needed. I called to see if this was a service the company provided. I was advised yes, crew showed up today, and they did not know what they were doing, I should have stopped them after 2 hours, but I thought there's a lot of parts, it will take awhile. Long story short, they completed putting the bed frame together, placed the mattress on it, assembled the nightstand, and couldn't figure out how to finish assembling the dresser, mind you after 5 hours of work, then took the 50" box TV upstairs and the other person, didn't even open the 75" TV, he just placed the box on the TV stand. That was it, they decided they were done, and I didn't want them to open the TV boxes as I was afraid they would damage them. After they left, I looked at the nightstand, and it wasn't even put together properly, the backing was placed on backwards, and the drawer had a huge gap, they obviously didn't try to see if the drawer fit properly. I was charged $878.00. I called the company after they left because I was so upset at what I paid and didn't even get the work done, and what was done was done wrong. They refused to give me any refund, or even meet me halfway on the price. The furniture was the type that once you screw in the pieces they lock, so I couldn't unscrew anything to try and fix their mistakes. Now the items are sitting in my junk pile to be picked up Sunday with my boxes. I paid over $600.00 for the furniture, over $878.00 for assembly that wasn't done, and now the items are going to the dump. So, I'm out over $1400.00 and have nothing to show for it. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY TO ASSEMBLE FURNITURE. These guys, should had said they couldn't do the job after 1-2 hours in, and I even checked on them a couple of times to see if they were ok. I am so upset, this is horrible customer service, I will never use this company, they should stand by their word, and if they say they can do something they should do it, and if they can't or damage the items, they should reimburse a customer.

I needed to move some heavy furniture from upstairs to downstairs, and then take some of it to the storage facility. The guys showed up in time on a big uhaul truck (20'?), Eddie was obviously in charge and providing useful instructions on how to move the furniture correctly, and without damaging it, to his apprentice, who did exactly as he was instructed and everything moved very swiftly and seemingly effortlessly. The same way everything was unloaded and put neatly and carefully in the storage. 2. My second move was more of an emergency move that required picking up everything what's left, and taking it to the dump. The scheduling had a hickup, and Eddie only showed up hours later due to some name and location confusion with another client. Once it was all straightened out, he showed up by himself, and did a great job helping me get things removed, and out of the house.
