They have a serious internal communication problem. Purchased 5/5/26. Appt was set for 5/9 9am to pick it up. Arrived to find they were still waiting for parts. Set another appt for 5/18. On 5/17 we asked our salesman if it was ready but were told they wouldn't be able to check until service dept opened the same time we were scheduled to pick it up, but he believed it would be ready. He texted us as we arrived that it was not ready. Made another appt for 5/26. Salesman told us 5/25 he had personally verified it was ready to go. On walkthrough we came up with 10 items still not finished (from the windshield not being replaced to the rig not having enough diesel for us to verify the generator was working). We had paid for the extra detailing and the rig was still dirty. So we've driven 450 miles, spent 8 hours on the road, $170+ on gas, and 7+ hours at Camping World and still don't have the RV we paid for. Oh, and the warrantee & Good Sam membership is ticking down because all that starts on the day you make the purchase. If they manage to make this right I will update this review. UPDATE: We were able to pick up the RV on the 4th try. The new mattress (standard on all RVs purchased from CW) was the wrong one. Salesman told us we needed to jerry-rig it ourselves to make it fit. We pushed back and were directed to the service desk. They instantly saw the problem and ordered the correct mattress (still waiting on it). The general manager offered us $200 max in compensation for the issues picking up the RV. 45 min later he said upper management said to make that $700. That feels like a good amount for the money & time we wasted so we accepted. Last issue: The flat tow package we had agreed on (to be installed on our car) was switched to a tow dolly without talking to us. It's huge, doesn't store vertically, and doesn't fit in our garage. We were shell-shocked and stupidly left with the item, so I doubt there is any chance they'll ever fix it.

The way you both treated my mom is both disgusting and absolutely unacceptable. This "John/Andy" was the rudest of them, actually appalling. He made up information about the U-Haul contract, was demeaning to my mother, and lied about his identity. Tiffany was rude but came around at the end. My mom wanted to extend the time she had the truck so she calls this location, to which Tiffany was of no help. The way she responded was unprofessional, rude, targeted, and she had a horrible attitude. My mom took the truck to the landfill and got backed up due to traffic there. She returned the car less than an hour late. And the treatment she got for this was awful. John/Andy made up rules about my mom having to take the truck to a car wash??? That info is nowhere in the contract whatsoever, and he points to the back of the truck saying that's where it said it. The sign said to sweep the back, which my mom did. He then goes to essentially scold my mom for how she treated the truck, and was upset that he had to take photos due to our original disputes for damage. If he's so miserable with his job he simply should not be working it. They both also scolded my mom for leaving a couple things on their service desk because she had to take photos of the truck. It's shocking that they normalize being this rude to a CUSTOMER. My mom was charged for a whole days rental and insurance for being back less than an hour late. She returned before they even closed. My mom doesn't care about being charged for anything, she can afford it easily. It's the fact that these workers were unhelpful and rude for nothing. The previous people that worked here were incredible and did a fantastic job. They were understanding and actually did well, unlike John/Andy and Tiffany. It's disappointing to see this place go down hill because of these horrible people. It's even worse that people as evil as this are essentially in charge of other peoples belonging. They're untrustworthy and sketchy, please go to the East Monte Vista location if you need to use U-Haul, not this crappy spot.

I can swing a sledge and run a saw and push a wheel barrow, but i drive a prius; i'm not hauling anything. I had a hell of time trying to find someone available to do the job. First, Vince chatted with me about the job i needed and how he could help, even before i booked him. I called around to other places, but eventually came back to Vince. So, 5 stars right from the jump for just being helpful. Second, i must have misunderstood the instructions about the materials, cuz i knew i would need a separate haul for organics (like tree stumps) but didn't know i also had to separate the broken concrete from the deck wood. Third, the whole job was larger than he had anticipated. So, to recap: its 5:00 on Sunday. My driveway has a literal ton of demolition debris that i cannot move. And this job is way more of a pain in the ass than Vince anticipated. But you wouldn't have known that working with Vince. Vince was super chill and super pro the whole time. He was friendly, kind, efficient; he and his partner loaded it all up, didn't ask for help, cleaned my driveway, gave me a fair price, and was on his way. Five stars and more. And the price was so right, we extended for a week! The place is easy to find, we hooked up, signed some papers & off we went. We rented the COZY CABIN and it lined up perfectly with our truck. Easy to tow. If u already know how to tow, it helps, but fairly easy to figure out. Best just driving forward! Rhonda put a lot of thought in what to have inside, she had cookware, dinnerware, utensils & all kinds of little things you might need. Extra lights, batteries & propane. You could seriously just show up with clothes & food and have pretty much everything. We used sleeping bags -unzipped & open, pillows & it was easier than any tent! We brought folding chairs & an extra cooler, making a campsite has never been simpler. The cabin was solar powered but had hookups for shore power ( we didn't even need it). Plenty of air with windows & a fan. Cabin lights were more than enough. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen area was efficient & had plenty of storage. The trailer was clean, in like new condition. We will be repeat clients for sure!!!

The staff here was above and beyond! Happy, knowledgeable, friendly and appreciative more like I was doing them a favor vs them doing me one. From the first email request for info, they made sure to contact me under my terms (email for now as I was at work) we did everything over email. Eventually I was able to work a bit through Text. I really appreciated the no calls, and no harrassment! RJ set me up with a day and time that worked for us to pickup, again coming from out of state. Everything was ready to go. They even put the hitch components on the truck and trailor for us when we arrived. When mine didnt work, they worked with us to get it done! I have had Rv's before and this time they took the time to show me how to properly use my brake controller and what to expect pulling something so much smaller than I am used to. We took it out for the first time 3 weeks after purchasing, and found an issue under my sink. Now this not being my first trailor, I expected something to need fixing. Bouncing and driving it happens. I emailed RJ at 730pm on a Friday night.. He responded (I couldnt believe it, I didnt expect to hear until Monday) He had the service person included into the email.
