My storage was broken into and took all my property that had any meaning. Jewelry, printer, Roku (2) were taken, Xfinity equipment was taken, china dishes. All Prime Storage can offer is your insurance should cover it. If you're thinking on signing up with Prime Storage the're no help. You have to do everything for yourself. You had to remind them to fax police report to the insurance company. You email and ask them questions and they don't bother emailing you back. It's a ghetto storage.

The lease states the tenants must clean before leaving. Do they not check? Why are they renting out a dirty unit? When we informed management she said they have no one to clean the units out after people leave. My couch was damaged from negligence of security on their part and we paid for insurance that SHOULD cover it, but management said they may not cover it.

He even reminded me to add furney pads to protect the cargo. After the move I dropped off the truck in Merced at a location that was closed, not a problem. I broke out the app and followed the drop off instructions. Took a few pics, mileage and gas, location of truck. Then dropped the keys in the overnight drop box. That's it, just walk away. I double checked my app the following day to make sure everything was gravy, it was, experience complete. The value was on point and the little service involved was excellent. I took off one star because they don't allow vans to go one way out of town.

Since I rented a van, they had a special where I could get one month free of storage space. Score! :) We still have the storage spaces. The reason I say "spaces" is because their storage space rentals are a better deal if they put two together for the customer. The monthly rent is a decent amount (between other places that are higher or lower in cost). It is awesome because you can drive your car or truck into the storage facility and unload your belongings close to the storage unit. One small down side: Our storage units are closest to the stairs not the elevator. It is just the way the floor plan is set up. All in all I would recommend. I posted a few photos. :)
