They handled our pickup from LGA to our Midtown hotel and later our return trip back to the airport, and both rides were flawless. This was truly 5-star service and one part of the trip I didn't have to worry about at all. The vehicles were clean and comfortable, communication was clear, and everything ran exactly on time. It was worth every penny compared to mass transit or other ride services. What really set them apart was their customer service. When we were dropped off at the airport, my son accidentally left his phone in the car. Umar went out of his way to drive all the way back around and personally return the phone to us--no hesitation, no attitude, just genuine care and professionalism. I just want to make sure that I'm clear about the failed "Lowest Price Guarantee". After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. This gentleman even showed up 25 minutes early! What an incredible experience! Muhammad, I truly appreciate your response and your generous offer. The purpose of this updated review was to clarify that the company that we went with, was not inferior in any way. For some reason, you referenced Uber or a taxi service in your response. I hired a superior, licensed, insured and incredibly professional competitor. Price was certainly not the only deciding factor. I'm hopeful, that this could be a learning opportunity for you and you organization in regards to your " Lowest Price Guarantee". Thank you again.

There's a certain amount of polite conversation between driver and customer that one expects (are you comfortable with the temp, hope you enjoyed your stay in NY, where is home?). Fine. But when the customer doesn't volunteer anything beyond a pleasant monosyllabic response the driver should take the hint. But not this guy. It was as if the guy was offended that I wanted to be left to my thoughts. "Do you like NY? What do you like about NY? Where do you live? What do you like about where you live? There's the baseball stadium over there. Do you like baseball? What DO you like then? Have you been to Central Park? Did you like it? What do you like about Central Park? Why not? I like fishing. Do you fish?" Really Dude? And one more thing, don't reach out and touch the customer with a good-by pat on the arm as she walks away with her luggage. Two stars because the driver arrived to the hotel on time and got me airport curbside in time for my flight. But a customer shouldn't have to engage with a driver if she doesn't want. When coordinating, I had an unusual setup. 8 family members taking 3 different flights that were spread out in a 48 hour period. Thus, 3 separate airport pickups. All I needed was a company who could coordinate these airport transfers without giving me a massive headache. Enter: Ride In Style Limo. My hero in black leather seats. I needed a sedan for #1, a big SUV for #2, and then another sedan---for myself. After doom-scrolling Uber estimates of the $100-$125 per ride (plus the emotional cost of maybe getting a Toyota Corolla that smells like gym socks), I looked online and found Ride In Style. Preet responded fast, quoted me a fair price...honestly...it was only slightly more than what a rideshare would've cost. Worth. Every. Penny. The cars? Clean, spacious, and didn't smell like sadness or Febreze. The drivers? Total pros. They texted us ahead of time, met us at the curb like royalty (no dragging our bags across the airport to find some mystery JFK pickup zone), and were exactly where they said they'd be. Each ride was smooth and easy---literally 5-star service all around. But here's where they really shined: my red-eye flight got delayed by FOUR HOURS. These saints didn't flinch. They tracked the flight themselves and showed up right when I landed at JFK, like some beautiful punctual limo fairy godmother. No frantic texts. No "call us when you land." Just peace, comfort, and zero stress. Honestly, I want this company to handle all areas of my life. Airport pickups? Nailed it. Emotional support? Feels like they could do that too. I'll absolutely be using them again the next time I'm in New York. I'll also be recommending them to anyone who wants VIP-level airport service without selling a kidney. But the woman who answered…read morethe phone which i did not get her name , but she had a deep raspy smokers voice, initially quoted me on a sedan , when I asked how much a suv would cost she replied " a lot more money sir " . After asking what the amount actually was she said $120 , I then asked what kind or size , she basically became angry with my questions and responded very rude. Finally I asked what would be the rate if they charge me by the hour, she replied " You know what sir we have your number , I will have my boss call you back" before I could say another word she slammed the phone down. Very poor service just trying to get a price.

This is why my writing this review is extremely out of the ordinary. It is a first. I travel a lot. Mostly LA and NY so I frequently book Town Cars and Limos for myself, my clients, and my family. I'm pretty thick skinned when it comes to problems that a business may have, as I also have employees and I do understand... all of us are capable of making mistakes. I have made many mistakes in my life, but... not to the extent it adversely affects my clients or my family. My clients are my lifeblood and my family deserves the best from me. I treasure each and every one of them and will do anything to correct any mistake, mine or others, if it has potential to harm my client or a family member. This is why I feel compelled to address the performance of Executive Town Car & Limousine. Two days ago... I booked a town car for my son, from the NJ Raceway Park in Millville to the Philadelphia airport. I allowed a couple of hours for rain, traffic, and any last minute problems (again, 2 days ago!!!.). I was impressed when immediately... I received an email detailing the charges and also confirming the date and time of pick up. Impressive. However, today... reality. My son had to call Executive to remind them he was to be picked up at a certain time. The lady dispatcher advised my son that he had the wrong day, and when he stated he had an email confirming the date and time, she then placed him on hold for some 15 minutes and then indicated the driver would be en route... if... she could find him. Obviously, when I learned of the problem... I contacted the dispatcher who simply said, "Sorry, the driver had the wrong day". Okay???? And the solution? The dispatcher said the driver could be there in 45 minutes, she thought. When I suggested that she, the dispatcher, arrange timely transportation with a competitor... it simply didn't compute with her. She insisted the driver would be there. Frustrated, I then advised the lady of the time constraints. By this time, there simply wasn't enough time to spare. No car and a missed flight because by the time we learned the car would not be arriving on time, it was too late to book a taxi to make the trip to the Philadelphia airport in time for the flight. End result: Connection to LA missed, and the later connecting flight to LA booked, so... a night at DFW. Add to the expense and experience, lodging and added transportation costs to and from the DFW airport. As a courtesy to the business, and to be fair... maybe this was a one-time mistake, but... as a courtesy to you, my fellow traveler... do you want to make the mistake I made? If it were me stuck in Philly until 3 PM, no problem... but unfortunately, it's my son.
