I called 4 companies and Nick and Randy were the only ones who arrived the same evening, not the next day. He was friendly, explained what is going on, told me what he is looking for and what I will need to do in the future based on the model that I had. He was able to bring my unit to life. The unit worked for a couple hours and stopped again. I texted Nick and he was back at my house within an hour. He gave me a quote that is half the quote of the first company and he organized for the new unit he put in today, instead of me waiting till Monday.
