I've been coming to Airrosti for years when I have ailments like tennis elbow or low back pain. I love their new office as there is parking right up front. I can't remember who referred me to Airrosti, but Nick and this location is the only one I will go to. It's their teach location and I'm glad when I come by to see some of the newest practitioners shadowing Dr. Askey. He starts out asking what you pain level and symptoms are and then has you run through a cycle motions, letting him know where the pain is and what causes it. Next he shows you on the huge muscle chart where the problem lies and offers to attack the problem. Does it hurt my co-workers ask? Hell yes, like I'm being pushed through the floor, but only for a little while. They are breaking up scar tissue so you can heal. Next you see a physical therapist. After the doctor confers with the therapist they show you some exercises you can do at home or gym with items like foam rollers, lacrosse balls, and thera bands. They also offer to tape you up with Kinesiology tape to help you heal. If you follow the prescribed exercises and ice the affected area you will be "cured" in three visits or less without surgery, drugs, or six months of PT. read more

I went to Arrosti. If you are having lower back pain, best advice is to find a quality Chiropractor in your area. On the first visit we went through different leg motions and back movements for diagnostics. I was told I had a lower Lumbar ligament strain. Ok. A small isolated deep thumb massage was given in the lower back. Then on to the next station with a rehab therapist to teach me about ice everyday and about 6 different core muscle exercises. I did these daily in pain. My next appoint was a week away, which I thought was too far between. I finally had to find quality traditional Chiropractor. Went through an hour long diagnosis with tech equipment and adjustments. I was diagnosed with a herniated disc. Days after the first visits, I was feeling less pain. Now after the second visit, feel almost no pain. I do not recommend Arrosti for lower back pain. Also don't look at your insurance charges. read more

Visited this place in an emergency. Chronic back problems creaped up on election day. Barely able to walk in. Was skeptical, by after home stretching, strengthening, activation, muscle release exercises for Mobility and Stability, I improved a great deal. I have had 7 times of slipped disc occurrences. So I know the pain of getting various treatments; all the therapy that comes with that. 2nd visit nearly passed out from pain of treatment. By 3rd and 4th treatment, I had improved greatly. I couldn't be more satisfied. I brought both my adult children for different issues to Dr. Askey. I was skeptical that the pains they were having would be resolved, and if resolved I thought it would be a LONG drawn out ordeal. Neither was true. People use the term "blown away" too lightly. The correction was quick, and effective - almost immediately. My daughter had a life long condition that we didn't know was causing the feet pain she was having. What used to be an usual walk was corrected as well as the foot pain. My sons shoulder injury from a fishing trip was soon correct almost immediately. I say the proof is the pudding.
