I went to get help with back problem and pain running down my buttocks and legs and I received the best care and help that I needed. I am not leaning to one side anymore, I am walking straight, I have very little pain, I can bend and touch my toes when it was hard to do that. My life is much better than it was! The airrosti appointment with Dr Wells was a first, for this kind of professional care. The appointment process was easy, and they were very clear about what to expect. I injured my knee jumping on a trampoline and it hurt for a couple months. At my appointment time, Dr Wells accessed my condition, did some treatment on my knee, and gave me exercises to do at home. I felt relief after the appointment and I continued to gain strength and flexibility. I went back for a follow up visit and he checked the movement again and added some different exercises. My experience was excellent. My knee feels really good now. I highly recommend this office!! read more

If I was able to give more than 5 stars, I would. I do not review many companies, good or bad, but I had to here. I have been having chronic back and neck pain since I was little. Turns out that I have ehlers-danlos (an uncommonly diagnosed connective tissue disorder). Growing up, before I knew this, my providers just told me to lose weight. I then ended up having surgery because my bicep was detached. Anyways, long story short, I went into Airrosti and I was literally pain free in 4 weeks. (1 appointment a week). I was skeptical going in, as I do not like chiropractic places, but this isn't what that is. They give you a detailed plan, usually no longer than 3-4 visits and they actually care about getting you better. If I have anymore pain...anywhere, they are my first stop! read more

I'm so happy with my Airrosti experience! I've never been to a chiropractor before or done physical therapy before so this was entirely new for me and I was pretty apprehensive about it. I'd injured my back and about 4.5 weeks later it felt like it had stopped getting better and was still causing a lot of pain and limiting my movement. My PCP recommended Airrosti, so I made an appointment. Dr. Chernivec did an exam to determine what the problem was and explained the disc issue that was occurring and the treatment process very clearly. He estimated that it would take 4-5 visits to get me feeling better and on the 4th visit the exam was no longer finding pain points! Full disclosure, the treatments were quite painful at times, but it was well worth it for the outcome. My injury wasn't getting better on it's own, I just wish I hadn't waited so long before seeking treatment. I had assumed that any type of rehab would be a long drawn out process, but it was very fast. My 4 appointments took place over just 16 days, and the 4th appointment was a short visit since the exam didn't reveal any areas that required further treatment. Along with the in office treatment from Dr. Chernivec I was also given at home exercises to continue the rehab. At each visit Courtney went over the exercises, showed me how to do them, and then did them with me. She also sets them up on the patient portal so I could reference the how-to videos at home as needed. In addition to the very positive medical outcome, Dr. Chernivec and Courtney are both very personable and pleasant to work with. I absolutely recommend coming in if you're in pain! It was a much more transparent process than medical visits usually are: no hidden costs, I knew upfront how many visits to expect, how many visits my insurance would cover in a year, how much each visit would cost out of pocket after insurance, and my last visit was refunded since no additional treatment was needed. The Airrosti patient portal is very user friendly and helpful and the emailed receipt from each visit comes with a signed doctors note at the bottom incase you need one for work or school. I cannot recommend this Airrosti location enough! I've already set up another appointment to address a second injury to my ankle. read more

LOVE LOVE this place! i have only been there once and this man helped my neck so much I have been having excr neck pain I have went to several places BSW, Advanved Pain Care, Anthony Chiro no relief! I heard about Airrosti from a friend figured i have tried so many why not another and I left there feeling so good. I really liked the doctor at the previous Airrosti location i was at, this location's Dr Justin Chernivec leaves a lot to be desired. I have a chronic condition that is going to take months to years to recover from, but Chernivec has been pressuring me from the beginning to push myself harder so that i can "get better faster", despite the fact that pushing myself could lead to injury because of my condition. Usually I can barely deal with his tendency to explain my own health condition to me for the duration of the adjustment, but today he was also running the PT part of the program and i stupidly decided not to make todays appointment a Flex appointment and i stayed. He pressured me to step up an exercise that previously had injured me and i didn't feel ready to step it up. i explained this to him, but all he could do in response is hold me getting better over my head in an attempt to get me to cave to the exercise, and compare me to others who have worse injuries that can do this exercise. "You won't get better unless you stop being afraid to exercise" since when is crippling pain and injury part of exercise? and is it wrong to be afraid of pain and injury? it is one exercise, that i want to keep doing, that i am just not ready to ramp up yet! i just walked out of the appointment and i'm going to have to seriously consider if im coming back. i mean, i need treatment, but i don't need a shitty man with a degree explaining to me how my own body works. The two stars are for Courtney the regular PT, she would always work with me and adjust exercises so that i could do them without hurting myself. Dr Chernivec gets zero stars. read more

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about Dr Wells and Airrosti therapy. It has truly been lifechanging for me... truly a miracle! Dr Wells does a very thorough assessment and thoroughly explains the treatment plan and what each exercise is for. I received a follow up email that includes the prescribed exercises, number of sets/repetition/frequency and demonstration videos. This was really important to me because after a 1 hour appointment I couldn't remember everything that was said. To achieve a pain free state so quickly (after almost a year of pain) was unbelievable. Full disclosure.... although I did achieve some immediate pain relief while in the office, you actually have to put in the work and follow the treatment plan once you leave the office. read more

Dr Wells is wonderful! He is very through and takes the time to explain your treatment. He explains the cause of your issues. The Airrosti method is great. Dr Wells may do some manipulation and or deep massage. He then will demonstrate exercises for you to do at home. He makes sure you are comfortable and understand everything. I had been dealing with hip and sciatica for months. I had gone to a chiropractor and physical therapy with little improvement. I am 90% better after a month. I highly recommend Dr Wells! read more
