This was the broken ,original, Apple battery.

Apple told me my phone needed multiple new parts, for $400, to fix a non-reading logicboard, and that my unbacked up photos on the iphone were absolutely unrecoverable. I went to Airtech and Shadi, the manager, told me he would have a look and let me know if he is able to help me save my photos. Promptly, the next day Shadi had not only saved my photos but completely fixed my phone and for only $150. I am extremely thankful for their service and cannot recommend their business enough!

I am so impressed! My iPhone 6 got ran over, and so the entire screen was shattered and the LCD didn't work at all. I brought it to Apple where they told me 299 to replace because the damages were to bad to fix the screen! I brought it to air tech and John quoted me only 89 for a screen replacement! I'm very happy with how it turned out and the customer service is awesome!! read more

When my daughter's battery was acting up, apple wanted $100 plus to just look at the phone. The people at airtech fixed it in half an hour for about $40. So a month later when my son had the same problem again we returned to airtech. Miguel fixed it in half an hour again. They are professional, friendly and reliable. I am sure we will be back. read more

Faster and cheaper than any other phone repair service I have used in the past, air tech communications did a great job for me and my phone. There was a small glitch on the bottom of my screen after they fixed the crack which I discovered three weeks later. Brought it back and they replaced the screen for free and even threw in and extra screen protector at no cost!!! Very happy with the service, thank you read more

My boyfriend recommended Airtech because they have the best prices in the mall! And they're so reasonable..all the representatives there have that genuine feel, like its more about quality work and the impression left over just another sell. Shadi was amazing. He made it so easy! My screen was cracked and i got an estimate from somewhere else that was $110 to fix it which i was willing to do. So i took out $200 planning to get a case too. I stumbled upon this place and spent $136 to get my screen fixed, a great case AND a glass protector! It would have easily been over $200 to get all three of those things done, not to mention it only took 30 minutes and they were so quick, easy and nice. Will definitely be going back if i need any phone help. read more

I had 3 phones repaired here. The first one was a battery replacement. The first time i took in 2 iPhones, one for battery replacement, and the other one for screen replacement. They scratched my phone when they replaced the battery. The second phone the screen stopped working after about a year, and when i took it to the Apple store i was told the screen wasn't installed correctly. Lastly, I had a battery replaced I was quoted an amount through yelp but when I got there I was charged a higher amount. The workers are nice but they didn't do a good job. read more

Nice guys. Cracked iPhone screen, dent on corner of case, he said it'd take an hour to fix- came back 1/2 hour later, it was done. The only negative is that it's inside the nightmare labyrinth that is the Topanga Westfield Mall. Took me forever to find it. If you're looking for it, it's by the Cheesecake Factory. read more

These guys really saved me after I accidentally broke my girlfriend's Samsung A52 phone. At first,…read moreI thought the issue was only with the screen, so I took it to another repair shop on Wilshire in Marina del Rey that was supposed to replace the display. Instead, they simply opened the phone, looked at it, and then couldn't even put it back together properly. To make matters worse, they lost the antenna. After that experience, I started searching for real professionals who specialize in micro-soldering. One of the technicians I spoke with recommended Lay Tech Repairs in Tarzana. That turned out to be the right decision. When I arrived, I handed them the phone and explained the entire situation. They inspected the device and said they would try to repair it. Several other repair shops had already told me that the motherboard was damaged and that the only solution would be to replace the entire board, which would have meant losing all the data. Instead, these technicians were able to reconnect the damaged components and repair the board itself. They fixed parts that other technicians had said were impossible to repair. This was extremely important because losing the data would have been a huge problem. I was simply looking for someone who actually had the skills to do the job properly. They took on the repair and completed it the same day. The repair wasn't cheap, of course, but I received the phone back that very day. Since Tarzana is quite far from Santa Monica, I asked them to send the phone to me with Uber, and they arranged it without any problem. I'm truly grateful and confident that they are real professionals who can handle complex repairs that many other shops in Los Angeles refuse to even attempt. Technicians like this are rare, even in a city as large as Los Angeles.

I had a broken iPhone 6S, broken glass, my ringer switch has been broken for 6 months and my camera has been taking bad pictures since I had my glass repaired last time at Apple this is my third glass repair. That's right, Apple damaged my camera with the last repair -- and I kind of gave up on it working just waiting for the iPhone 7. For 110 dollars I'm sitting with my completely new looking working phone. My switch turned out to be dirty, my glass was fixed in 45 minutes and my camera is working 100 percent now. Wow. Plus I was watching the happy customers coming and going with their phones fixed... No complaints, no unhappy customers. Benjy is a calm, kind guy who gets it done. Benjy also helped me with strategies in getting the most from my phone when getting my iPhone 7. He referred me to a place that's giving me 650 dollars for this phone I was ready to throw in the trash. Not a bad day with Airtech. I won't go anywhere else for glass repair now. Great service. Most importantly Honest with a capital H! Took my Iphone into the Apple store because my screen was dead. They offered me a refurbished phone saying a chip or the battery had a problem and it would be best to replace. Luckily I decided to run the phone over to Airtech. I told him what Apple diagnosed, he told me to leave the phone for about 30 min so he could diagnose. After 30 min I went back to find out what was wrong. The tech told me for $25 he could reattach the phone screen to a plug in the phone that was disconnected (most likely when the screen was replaced earlier). Wow, I was shocked, especially since he already knew Apple was going to charge me 200 for a refurbished 4s. He could have told me 150 knowing I'd still save, instead he was honest and offered me a fair price for the repair. Thanks for the quality work and the honest assessment of my phone, I'll be referring you to anybody I can. Thanks and keep up the good work. read more

i walked in to the store late afternoon and one of their representative i think he is new guy cause usually i go there but i have never seen him before and i was there a couple months ago, unfortunately this time was very horrible this guy not sure his name new face he is short and Hispanic looked like he was on something or having a bad day i was asking him questions and he got very annoyed with me maybe cause im older or had questions and concerns with my iPhone it seemed like i it irritated him or maybe he did not want to be at work like doing a favor, im worried to come back to this place they should fire him cause they had good reputation before this guy came along my family member was there last week and she felt the same as me bad attitude he gave her and smelled like he was drinking. i want the manager to contact me via email.......... i asked the manager to email me and i never heard back maybe i should report to different sources read more

Came in a week ago and was very happy with there service. My phone would not charge and the sales rep advised me that the charging port would have to be replaced. When I arrived to pick up my phone (iPhone 6) they advised me that it did not have to be replaced but was very dirty and filled with lint and other junk and cleaned it for me. They didn't charge me anything I bought a case and screen protector from there. They could of easily charged me the full price and I wouldn't of even known. Checking out the other comments on here and funny how people drop there phones and break the screens and leave them bad reviews for breaking them to get the screens done for free again, I will refer all my family and friends here Thank you Airtech team You got a customer for life. read more

Amazing experience, changed my iphone 4s from white to gold. I was sort of skeptical about doing it in the beginning but after seeing their other work and speaking with the employees I was certain that my phone was in safe hands. Expecting my phone to be ready 6 hours later they respected that the fact that I needed my phone for business purposes and switched my entire phone in under 45 minutes (labor that usually consists of 2+ hours) Whenever I have any sort of problem with my phone I am confident that these guys are here to help me as best as they can. These folks are the best! Fixed Apple I-phones, old I-Pads and Samsung phones with hardware/software problems and broken screens. Fixed old I-Pad that Apple wouldn't touch as all Apple wanted to do is sell new one. They are honest and prices are more than fair. Yonni and all people are knowledgeable and honest. They won't sell you something you don't need or promise a fix time they can't deliver. They saved me 25% on 3 lines on Metro PCS on T-mobile over AT&T. (Unlimited call/text/data flat rate. came by earlier today and my iphone 6 screen was shattered very bad. the led or whatever they call it had lines thru it with black ink spots all over. and my touch was not working. the apple store told me they would have to replace the phone $299. i was mainly concerned with all my info (pics, contacts, etc.) and was referred to airtech down the hall in the mall. they were able to fix my screwed up phone and all my info was still there and all under $80!!! couldnt be more happy my phone looks good as new. also bought one of car mounts that stick in the air vent that has a magnet which is clutch. thanks again airtech!!!!!!!! read more

Shadee is a great guy n made the service n experience great. There was a good selection of used phones.. It seemed like each IPhone was $100 cheaper than they are at the apple store.. I ended up getting a 4S and payed 340 + 60 for H20 pre paid service with unlimited calls text and internet. I feel like the used phones could be a little cheaper, (I don't know how much he pays when buying phones used, but I feel like they could be selling them a little bit cheaper and still making good money) but overall a good place. Came in to get my iphone screen fixed, and it was a really good and stress-free experience. BENJY helped me, and i couldn't have asked for a better representative. Everything went nice and smooth, no problems or anything. My phone works perfectly now, and they even hooked me up with a deal on a screen protector! This store is a scam! I bought a phone from these crooks and the microphone is faulty. No one could hear me properly on a call. I spoke with the owner and sales rep about the issue, but they would not take any responsibility. I was asked to leave the store with a $400 iPhone that Didn't work. Even though I later had the phone repaired by apple, I still couldn't get it to work properly. I believe these people knew they were selling faulty merchandise in order to make a fast dollar. Had an amazing experience with Airtech not ONCE but TWICE. I've now worked with nearly half of their team to fix an iPhone 3G and an iPhone 3GS. I know that many establishments (and craigslist-based one-man-shows) charge and can charge a lot for their services.... These guys are reasonably priced and are completely trustworthy. Five stars for sure! My family has been coming here since they had pagers. Always excellent service. Brought in my girlfriends phone to repair the screen. Took maybe 20 min for the job to get done and the phone looked brand new! They even took the time to test every feature of the phone before and after to make sure everything was in working order. Awesome service, my husband and I went to fix are iPhone 6s plus screen which was completely shattered . they fixed it within less than an hour !!! By far the best prices and service . not only was it done in a short period of time ,but they made it seem as if are screen was never cracked. Really awesome place. Miguel was the employee who helped me and he made it really easy to understand what was wrong with my phone, plus they did the work in under an hour and they told me that they had found signs of water damage that they fixed for free. The repair was inexpensive (less than half of what the Apple store charges) and quick and most definitely worth the visit. Will come again for any future repairs and would recommend this shop to anybody who needs help with any device issue. read more

Went to apple because my iPhone 6 was cracked. They made me take an appointed which they only had an appointment 3 days later. When I finally go they tell me they won't fix it because the phone was a little bent which it really was not Found Airtech in the mall and they were able to unbend and repair my cracked glass in under 30 mins. And didn't need an appointment. Also there price was cheaper than apple was going to charge. U guys are amazing and just got a new customer for life!!!!!! read more

I was referred to this business by my girlfriend. She gave good compliments about Air tech and she said the price was right. When I got there I was greeted by a very nice gentleman who did very good job on my iPhone, and also gave me deals for an earpiece and a discount on the screen shield. I think it was the owner who worked on my iphone, but not sure because I got my phone fixed a week ago, and I forgot his name. Very responsible guys you can rely on. I had some issues with my carrier and had to unlock the phone from them. What is interesting, carrier by itself couldn't unlock the phone because. Because, well I don't know why. Luckily I found Airtech communications in the same building and they told me they can try and there is 99 success rate for that issue. The only thing, they need some time. Now, only 20 minutes later I have my iphone unlocked and ready to go. Awesome service! read more
