I trusted him because he had successfully repaired two of my devices in the past. Since leaving my computers with him, I have been calling and texting for updates but have not received any response. My calls now go unanswered, although he has answered when I've called from a different number. I am simply asking for my laptops to be returned to me. Definitely recommend this place for cell phone, or smart watch repairs. Parking: Plenty of parking when you come to this location. The location is within a plaza, so you shouldn't have any issues finding a parking spot when visiting. I came here on a Saturday, and was able to find an open spot right in front of their store. Cleanliness: Store is maintained very well, clean on the outside, and inside as well. Customer service: Super friendly, and easy to talk to. I had an issue with an older iPad around December last year It would only last 2 hours with a supposedly full charge , and had a cracked screen that would cut me if swiped I found John at Rapid Mobile here on Yelp I went to the location in Sylmar unknowingly unaware that location is by Appointment only I called number listed he said to come to location in Chatsworth I'm Very glad I did. Not only did he give me a reasonable price John went above and beyond with my iPad took him a while because he had a few walk ins Not complaining though.. there is a great restaurant across the street. John gave the iPad a newer battery and even said he would order a brand new one if I wasn't happy with the one installed.. I never ordered a new battery because It held a 6hour use with a full charge I need other things repaired so I will definitely be back I've recommended him to my friends, because his prices are very accurate and fair for work needed. John will not waste your time and let you know if it's worth repairing or replacing... My son who uses the iPad was very happy and still is. I brought my kids IPads to Rapid Mobile that were previously repaired by UbreakIfix in Northridge because after 3 months they both stopped working. The owner instantly knew the issues and assured me he could not fix both IPads but also correct the technical mistakes by UbreakIfix. The owner sent me videos and pictures during his repair process showing me the poor quality screens that we used as well as the poor workmanship and using sloppy tape and glue. 24 hours later both IPads were ready, and the repairs were 1/2 the $ cost of the original UbreakIFix cost to repair. Wow! I cannot say enough good things about this place. Fast, professional, friendly, and very fair prices. I came in twice in one week. First to get some pictures off of an old LG Velvet cell phone that refused to start up. Every time I'd try, it said "Home cannot start" and I couldn't do anything. But I knew there were a ton of pictures of the kids on it. I took it to John, and got it back the next day, working. $100. Second, I brought my laptop in, which had been infected with a virus I couldn't get off. Passwords were changing, things were locking up--BAD. John got it fixed. He had to download all my files (tons--it took many hours to do that), scan got viruses (takes more time) reconfigure the computer, put all the files back, and set up our accounts on the machine. A long process. I came in late Wednesday, it was ready Friday morning. $120. Both times I was getting texts updating me on the progress, which is great, but they were coming during the day and late at night -- at 10pm, 11pm, midnight (I work late). The shop closes at six. John brings his work home with him, and Gets It DONE. The man is relentless. I moved to Chatsworth from Pedro two years ago. Don't know the area and took a chance. Boy! has it paid off! read more
