I originally went to A2Z to get iPhone X screen fixed because of the great reviews. However, my experience wasn't the best. In fact, I write this review on my laptop because well....my iPhone screen doesn't work anymore *hint hint*. Narrative: I got my screen fixed in December of 2020. I opted for the NON-OEM screen due to its cheaper price. However, I was never informed that the screen would be defective such that on the Non-OEM screen, you are unable to access the flash light and camera from the main screen (aka without unlocking your iPhone). This was never mentioned to me. The only difference between the non-OEM and OEM version to which I was informed was the screen quality. Nothing to do with usability. This is quite disappointing and false advertisement in my eyes. I ended up calling A2Z to let them know my problem and I was ultimately told the following: "You can come in and we will upgrade your screen to the OEM for $100, or you should just trade your phone in." This was said in an inhospitable and passive- aggressive tone. Instead of being somewhat apologetic of selling faulty screens to customers, I was given an attitude for choosing the cheaper alternative. I figured, oh well, I'll just live with this functionality, no biggie. It is now Feb 2021 and my screen is completely unresponsive... If you want an honest experience and usable product., I would visit another business. Beware as the customer service is poor if you have a complaint. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I was quoted $60 for an iPhone 6s screen repair. Went to the shop, and the guy said the quoted price was for the Chinese glass, $20 more for the OEM glass. I went with the Chinese glass. Within 3 hours, my phone went wonky- the glass was defective and made my phone impossible to use. I brought it back for the OEM glass. Except that this time, the owner told me it was $40(!!!) for the upgrade. He replaced it and I noticed a small dot on the LCD- clearly this glass was defective too. He had the nerve to ask me if it bothered me...OF COURSE IT DOES- IT'S DEFECTIVE. He replaced it again stating that he couldn't snap the glass completely in because my phone was dented. Surprise surpise, the glass broke 3 days later because he never fully snapped it in! After getting it replaced by a PROPER repair guy, here's what I discovered... THE OEM GLASS WAS FAKE! IT WAS NOT ORIGINAL AND HAD FAKE APPLE LOGOS ON THE BACK OF IT! Not only that, but the first thing these guys should have done was fix the phone dent so the glass snapped in properly- super easy to do with a specific tool.
