I contacted them a week before Thanksgiving. They originally were going to complete the job the Monday before thanksgiving. Due to weather and other factors they postponed to Wednesday. They then tried to communicate with me on Tuesday. However they were trying to get ahold of another customer. Finally Wednesday came around and they had to reschedule again to the Monday after thanksgiving. I was accommodating with all these changes. They did not come on Monday. They did not communicate with me in any regard to this. They finally came out that Wednesday. 2. After completing the job. They left my gates to my fence open resulting in my dogs escaping. Thank god they were found uninjured. However I searched for them until 2 am and ended up getting sick from being out all night. I missed work the next day as well. 3. Finally the bill came I much higher then quoted. I was quoted 3 hours of work over the phone. This would be 240 dollars. I found that acceptable. The bill ended up being 4.5 hours worth of work. Which was 360 dollars. A significant increase without any communication as to the acceptability of the overage. My neighbors also complained they were rude when they interacted with them. As far as the bill. This was a fight. I made my complaints none. "Full Responsibility" was accepted by the business owner for the errors made. However no remedy was offered. They threatened sending the bill to collections before 31 days. This is against federal law. I am not happy to make this review. I was hoping to find a company that could help me out in this area. I guess I'm still searching. I DO NOT recommend this company for any of your needs. They did not abide by common business practices. Communication is lacking. They are not sensitive to unique needs of your situation. They only accept responsibility on face value. They do not offer compromises until legal action is threatened.
