Told me some bs about how it took awhile to fax over insurance information from provider. Never received one call from the non existent office manager. Dr. Young is great but will not be retuning after multiple problems with his front desk staff who only know how to swipe cards and setup appointment. That is not what we want." That level of customer service and attention is rare today and one of the reasons I will continue to use this dental office. However, I do stand by my previous review that the best people at this practice are Dr. McPhee and Helen. If you have a bad experience here, let them know before you leave.
