Then I inserted my new Veneers they looked great However , Prior to my purchase , I asked 3 different staff , What the material of the veneers is made out of. All 3 said the same thing... the veneers are made out of a hard composite material , similar to real veneers. This is NOwhere near true ! The veneers are clearly made out of a thin wimpy plastic material. They are NOT made out of a hard composite material. They utilize the mold you provide them with computer aided drafting then PLASTIC and a 3D printer , To render , a thin wimpy PLASTIC Veneer. They should not even call their product a veneer. My new upper PLASTIC veneer Broke in 2 pieces , when simply removing the veneer The supervisor told me it was my fault and I am suppose to remove the veneer with 2 hands simultaneously and not 1 hand alone or The veneer can get a hair-line fracture or break I was within the 90-day warranty So They accepted my claim and After receiving the broken veneer in the mail they made me a new upper PLASTIC veneer. 45 days later I received my new replacement PLASTIC veneer They looked great But They were a bit loose Which I told staff Via their web chat And asked if they could send me a new tighter upper veneer like the very 1st veneer that broke and then I'll send the loose 1 back , when the new 1 arrives so I don't need to wait another 45 days For a tighter veneer. I wouldn't give this even one star. Their yelp page is very hard to find and now I see why. I ordered the Incredibils which were $1,500. These are supposed to be their best, top of the line veneers. I wanted to cry when I put them on because I hated them so much! I was so mad at myself for spending $1,500 on a product that isn't refundable. I had to save up my money to purchase these and now I can't get that money back. My veneers had a ridge in the front tooth, and ridges on all of the side teeth. I think whoever carved and polished them did a horrible job. Did they seriously expect me to not see these ridges? They claim to have two different quality control phases. I copied and pasted this from their website: "Your case is entering the first round of quality control. Qualified members of our team are reviewing your case for any possible areas of improvement. Let's just snap on some over contoured, thick I'll fitting plastic teeth over our existing teeth. Watching many of these videos, most everyone wasn't able to speak properly because they are extremely bulky. They are all going to fit very bulky. Some of these people probably have broken down teeth, decay, periodontal disease, and lack of proper home care, but they still stick this expensive junk over their teeth. Some may not have regular dental visits as well. This guy is a crook. Doing veneers properly, by a trained dentist is an art. Good cosmetic dentistry is expensive, but you get what you pay for. I ordered both top and bottom. I received the veneers yesterday and I was so excited! I followed the instructions ~ Soak in warm water for 15 minutes and wear them for at least three hours. I wore mine for 6 hours. I met friends for dinner that same day and I couldn't talk, drink or eat! I was so upset. I contacted customer service today and spoke with a nice lady. I explained everything to her. Food and liquid go into both sets and they do not fit my gum lines. The top veneer CUT my upper (inside) of my lip. I can not talk correctly, eat or drink anything. I love my press on veneers from Brighter Image Labs. I read the reviews here and I have to make mention that these are not a replacement for dentures and therefore are not covered under insurance. This is a cosmetic appliance. You can't replace a full set of teeth from them - you do need to have certain number of teeth in your mouth - you will need to have some of your own teeth. So yes if you are missing a tooth or have a gap that can defintely be acheived by getting your veneers from them. Brighter Image Lab does just what their name says. Give you a brighter image by helping to improve your smile with their press on veneer. Brighter Image Lab definitely has improved my smile. My teeth are discolored and cannot be bleached. In addition they are not aligned properly. With my press on veneers, I achieve the straight natural teeth without surgery or braces and numerous dental visits. In addition, if you have every felt compelled to spend so much money on a set of dental veneers but hesitate and since getting used to any new appliance or dental changes in your mouth can take time, perhaps this an initial way to see if you would even go that route before spending thousands of dollars. I have to give a negative review based on a TERRIBLE experience I've had here just out the gate. I've been watching BIL's YT vids for 2 years, seeing if this was what I wanted to do. I decided I would go ahead and get them, went thru the financing portion of it, as it says "free financing". I thought a down pmt of $400+ was totally doable and then I could get the more expensive plus warranty. They completely take advantage and I'm WARNING you don't take the financing. They sent me online financing docs suggesting $3600 vs $1900!! I sent them an email calling them out on it, and they said the $1900 is the CASH DISCOUNT. Well this company isn't supposed to be affiliated with BIL. The company is MSC FINANCIAL. So if it's a CASH DISCOUNT, for which I called BS on, (and asked for every penny of my money back from), and said if I wanted to do financing, I had to pay FULL RETAIL. HUH??? It said on the site that they aren't affiliated with the company. Guess they are people. It's a horrible scam that they're making a crap ton of money on people. They also say they need this money up front, and then they will kindly take a pmt EACH WEEK from you! I began the process of ordering my veneers; my mind was set and I wanted to make the purchase. I had a few options, pay in full, quad pay, or pay over time. The information for the pay in full and quad pay was pretty straight forward. I tried to look at the pay over time option, so that I could compare the 3 options and make an educated decision on what the best option for me was. I was having an awful time trying to find information on the website for the pay over time option. I was directed to another site where I had to fill out an application and pay a small deposit of $149 (I was told the deposit could be applied to any payment option), only then could I begin to see the pricing information for the pay over time option, in the form of a contract. The price difference between the pay over time option and the pay in full option was more than double. I began emailing the financing company with my questions (email is the only way you can communicate with them...red flag), as I was trying to make an informed decision which way to go before I signed a contract. First I was told that the pay over time option could be paid off early, that I could enjoy the convenience of low payments and a low deposit if needed, pay off early and only pay slightly more than if I had originally paid in full. Okay, that sounds great. They then sent me a chart which stated a principle balance and early payoff figures. The only problem was that there was almost a $450 difference between the figure in the chart and the total of my what my payments would be. I questioned this difference. The company claims upfront pricing, but their third party financer must not know that, because I'm still waiting. I sent email after email with the same concern. If I got a reply, it was short and made no sense, only creating more questions. I could have just said forget it, and paid in full, but now I was frustrated and felt like they were hiding something. The financing company claimed they didn't charge interest, so any discounts are forfeited, which was why the veneers would be more than double the cost...fine, I understood that, but why was there a $450 difference between the price I was quoted and the price I would be paying...THAT'S ALL I WANTED TO KNOW. We will probably never know, because they quit responding to my emails. I gave up, asked for them to refund my deposit, and ordered from a different company. Thank God I didn't just trust them and sign the contract, because who knows what the real terms and conditions are. I sent one last email to client services, along with the string of emails between myself and the financer, just so they were aware that...hey, I really wanted to order from you, but this is why I didn't. No apology, no explanation ever came. The response from client services was " It looks like the financing company responded to you." What? Seriously? I can understand this treatment if I had been ill tempered in any way, but that wasn't the case. I opted to go with Instasmile. The information on their website is upfront and easy to obtain. The price was much better and customer service has been tremendous. It remains to be seen if I will even get my deposit back from brighter image lab. My husband saw this website for removable, cosmetic veneers and gave me the link. It seemed to be legit, until I started asking questions. The answers were not satisfactory. They do not accept Care Credit, and they require that if you have any dental work that needs to be done, you must do that before the veneer process. If you have a Care Credit account, you know they cover veterinary bills, dental bills, and vision services. I realize that this is a cosmetic procedure, but you'd think they would be signed up to accept Care Credit, if they were as good as they claim they are. I explained to them that I was on a fixed income and that I needed these veneers to interview as I'm trying to get off of SSDI and find work full-time. They said that they would make it easier for me to pay, but they wouldn't even start the work on my veneers until they were paid in full. I looked like I had a bunch of Hollywood white plastic in my mouth. I was constantly swallowing and my son laughed when I tried to talk with them because I sounded ridiculous! Why Brighter Image Labs? I don't usually leave reviews so let me first state how I got here. I have researched the heck out of these veneers from 3 different companies and I have finally settled on Brighter Image Labs and here is why. Before I buy anything I try and research every angle I can, to be sure I am not getting ripped off. I do not put a lot of trust in reviews that any company puts out as they typically cherry pick the ones that make them look good. I also do not put any weight in popular social media stars or celebrity reviews as they are usually doing it for pay, freebies or huge discounts as they have large followings and basically can be for a lack of a better word (Paid Endorsers). I automatically discount most reviews as mentioned above. I also do not pay attention to the negative reviews such as "I wanted a refund and they are stealing my money". The reason why is these people either can't read or do not understand English as it is very clear on the website and when talking to customer service there are no refunds (this is a custom service), so their opinions are biased as well. With all that said I have sorted through so many normal reviews from average people, with little to no followers or just the average Joe. I would do what I can to verify they are real people by searching social media profiles and video channels etc. I also try and research materials, technology and the process used. Now that I narrowed down to the only choice for a quality product, I still want to be sure and start questioning the customer support staff, which I did. I grilled them both in chat and on the phone until I was exhausted asking questions. Let me say the customer support at Brighter Image was excellent and patient with me and answered every question, sometimes not to my liking but very honest and up front and that I respect. I have read and watched just about every video or page there was, trying to get as much info as I could and feel that at this point there was only one solid choice out of the 3 well known companies. After 3 weeks and so many hours of research, I understand why and what the differences are between the companies which is why I finally decided on Brighter Image Labs. Now I would say "trust me, I have done more research than you will really care to do", so take my word for it. But I know I wouldn't, so please do your own research. So I was sent out another set of imprint trays to use. I did them again. After what seemed like forever, I finally received the top and bottom veneers. Like most have said, the teeth look like Mr Ed's. They made me look ridiculous. They look like Halloween teeth. Also, I couldnt talk or eat with them in. They are huge teeth, and very, very, very fake looking. I NEVER wore them out in public. They just sit in a drawer. Wow I don't know where to begin, I didn't see these bad post on yelp before I purchase but for starters they kept changing the price when I was inquiring, I decided to give it a try for several reasons. It was very difficult to do the imprints and I had to redo, they never did get the veneers right and after they tried to fix after I got them back they were fitting properly, a d most embarrassing my close friends had anew name for me, doggie teeth, which I hated. I ended up losing the veneers and decided to contact them and see what they would work out since they never got back to me to see if they were proper. They were too thick and looked just likes cookie cutter mold not teeth and natural indentions. They said they would make me another veneer for $200, she didn't give a expiration date or anything. Then a few weeks later when I was ready to pay, they hiked the price up to $299. I even sent them the email tht showed the reap saying, just contact us with the payment when your ready. My advice after being out of $1000 and lots of stress and embarrassment is to STAY AWAY... I WENT TO PERFECTSMILE.COM AND GOT A 19.99. This place is horrible The customer service is terrible and the product is worse. I have had four sets made all were wrong The first one made me look like Mr Ed. The teeth were huge and the wrong color. The rest of the sets were warped and never fit and always the wrong color So now five months later, I have no veneers and no refund They just cut off all communications. They like to say the "Director is handling or the Office Manager will call" like they have some importance. They take the money and don't provide the veneers This place should be shut down read more

Why more people just don't go to Mexico (Tijuana or Los Algadones - I researched only those 2 places) is beyond my comprehension. I hear that Thailand and Costa Rica are also good places. I drove from Los Angeles and parked at the border and walked into Mexico. Actually walked to the dentist office, thanks to a couple from San Diego who has the same dentist but were actually picking up glasses nearby. Dr. de la Vega of Tijuana is the best! I received a root canal, deep cleaning and scaling, a bridge and 7 crowns during a very short stay. And stayed at a really nice inexpensive hotel (Expedia - Hotel Ticuan, I saved thousands. Literally 13K+. And his work is excellent and he is extremely professional. My teeth look amazing and do have that "fake white" appearance. My teeth do not look fake at all. I even have the same overbite. Dr. de la Vega has an endodontist and a periodontist in his office as well. Therefore, all my work was done there. And the lab that he works with is nearby. I have been using veneers from Brighter Image Labs since 2013. I have always had dental problems, primarily from a congenital lack of adult molars in my bottom jaw. I actually relied on my baby molars for years and then had two crowns on the bottom jaw that eventually failed. My teeth were also worn from years of grinding my teeth in my sleep -- I now use a mouth guard every night. I considered getting implants on the bottom jaw; however, they are very expensive and, as a cancer survivor who had radiation of the head/neck, it turned out that I could not get implants anyway. Despite what dentists may tell you, it is possible to do a good dental impression at home. Brighter Image Labs gives you several sets of molds so that they can choose the best one at the lab. I got both top and bottom arches and bought the optional insurance coverage, which I did use once when I broke one of the veneers. I highly recommend the insurance, which provides two years of coverage beyond the 90 days that is included. With the insurance, I have had two full sets of veneers; however, I'm now on the verge of ordering a new set as my original veneers are wearing out. I recently discovered there's a pretty substantial discount for returning customers. I use them almost every day and leave them in from morning until night, using them to eat. It used to take me 3x longer than anyone else at the table to eat due to my lack of bottom molars. The veneers really changed my life in multiple ways, I can say without hesitation. I'm more confident in social settings and can eat at near-normal speed (still lower than others). They are expensive, but not nearly as much as most dental procedures to correct missing or worn out teeth. You have to take good care of the veneers and your teeth to get the most out of them. I brush and floss 2x/day. I use Fixodent Free to securely anchor my veneers every morning, allowing me to eat just about anything within reason (you need to avoid very hard and very sticky foods). Total rip off. I bought veneers from them on 11/22/2010 And paid $1,925.00 and to this day I have only gotten lies and more lies from them and no working veneers. The only sent do not fit and have holes in them. They are a rip off of the worst kind. read more
