If you book and get this stylist - don't walk, RUN. I booked a wash and blow out and showed her my I tip extensions, asked her to condition below that. She proceeded to only condition the very end of my hair, put zero product in it for leave in or detangle, and then began hacking at my hair with an old brush starting at the roots. Literally did not care about breaking or damaging anything. It was so rough I asked her to just do it myself. I booked because they had a last minute appointment and now I know why they were available. The Manager/Receptionist was very nice but the actual service from this stylist was terrible and it was also obvious they used very cheap products. Will not be going back. read more

I've been coming to this salon for several years since it's the closest place that offers eyebrow threading. The turnover tends to be high, and the quality really depends on the artist. The two artists I trusted most have left, so I've had to try different ones. Everyone is always kind and they get you in the chair quickly, which I appreciate since I'm usually on the go. However, I've had a few frustrating experiences from turning back around because my brows were uneven or another time leaving with them so thin I nearly cried. I also once booked a lash lift and tint appointment, but they scheduled me for a time when the artist wasn't available, which was disappointing and I never tried again. The salon itself is always clean and there's plenty of parking in the plaza. These days, I mostly maintain my brows myself and only go in when absolutely necessary, making sure to specify exactly what I want. read more

called the salon to ask for the price of a blow-dry. I was asked about the length of my hair and was quoted $45.00. I went to the salon and was assisted by Juliana, who did a great job. She listened carefully and completed the service exactly as I requested. Thank you, Juliana. When I went to pay, there were four people at the front desk, including Juliana. While they were all commenting at the same time on how nice my hair looked, I was being charged. After I finished paying, they thanked me but did not give me a receipt. I asked for the receipt, and it was handed to me folded inward, with the charge details not visible. Once in my car, I opened the receipt and noticed additional charges: one for service-related supplies and another for card merchant fees. I called the salon and was told, "Oh, no problem, we will refund it to you." However, there was never an explanation of what those charges were, nor were they disclosed prior to my visit. I hope this does not happen to anyone else. The salon asked me to write a review, and I hope this helps both the business improve its practices and clients to be aware. read more

I am a 1st & last time customer, and was motivated to come to the salon due to the 25% off advertised all over town which turned out to be false advertisement and instead was over charged. My daughter had partial highlights ($110). No styling was done what so ever, walked out with her hair wet. I asked to defuse since her hair is curly and they didn't have the right equipment. I got my eyebrows shaped and tinted ($50) These are their standard price before any discounts. I asked for the discount advertised and just came up with excuses that didn't make sense. No receipts were given so I asked how much was charged for each service ($60 partial highlights, $30 toner, $15 eyebrows, $35 eyebrow tint = $140) My total was $180. ($210 with tip) Either way they calculated it did not add up to $180 but didn't budge on adjusting the price accordingly. I just paid as I have no desire to cause trouble or a scene. Everyone was nice, I just wasn't satisfied with the services rendered and false advertisement. My intentions was to establish a new salon to go to near my house. I'm used to going to a Dominican hair salon where prices are way more reasonable and provide full services (styling always comes with color unless clients choose otherwise) and 100% price transparency. read more

Stylist is a perfectionist and completed a Pixie cut and shoulder length bob on my 2 kids. Cuts were exactly as my daughters asked for and were great cuts! I've never had threading done before and the threading was pleasant, and she did a really good job. She both kids, 15 and 11 year olds brows were threaded as well. I'm so frustrated. I am a loyal customer here and today called and asked what time they close. They said 7. I proceeded to tell the lady on the phone I'm going to come in and get my eyebrows done and she said that's fine just before 7 while hurrying me off the phone. I literally drive out to hunters creek (30 minutes for me) and get there at 6:20 and it's completely closed. She left so many little hairs on my eyebrow and upper lip.she was not doing properly.she was doing like getting money thats it.i never satisfied her service.And asked her its look good or anyleftover hairs can you see.she told me that its natural now .if you want i will do if anytging wrong its not my fault she was telling like that. NIGHTMARE: My mom & I went to this salon two days into our 2 week vacation. My mom wanted her whites touched up and a partial highlight. The lady that did her hair, Robin, left her sitting with highlights & foils in her hair for over 40 minutes. Even left one foil hanging open in the back (picture attached), then disappeared to the back. When my mom informed the owner of what was going on the owner went in the back to check but then came back & told my mom, don't worry, she is just mixing more color. Really? For over 40 minutes?! When she came back, she attempted to continue dying my mom's hair but was falling asleep while standing. That was it for my mom, she asked for her to rinse her hair & we wanted to get the heck out of there. When we were leaving, the owner was no where to be found (probably hiding in the back) & my mom still got charged $100 for a partial highlight, even though all her whites were still not covered. She ended up having to wear a hat for the rest of our vacation. My mom is a very gracious person, she didn't snap at the lady, while Robin continued to apologize over and over again. She was just thankful that her hair didn't fall out. And she still made the best of our vacation. We wish the owner Aisha would have at least comp her. But oh well, lesson learned. On another note, my hair stylist was great, his name was Eddie. I highly recommend him. read more

I had a few pesky grays around my temple I wanted to get taken care of, and since it was my birthday I wanted to treat myself so I book an appointment and I wish I never did. Robin is very informative and gave me good tips to care for my hair. I was on the fence about coloring my hair, but she was very pushy about the subject and wouldn't drop it. Ultimately, I decided to let her do highlights on my hair and I absolutely hate them, they did nothing to hide the grays and instead makes it's more obvious they are there since the color is much lighter than my natural hair color. The thing I'm the most devastated with is how short she cut my hair, she said she would only take an inch or two off but, it's obvious much more than that was done. Yesterday was the first time I ever cried because of the way my hair looked after a salon visit. I called to let the salon know and they said they will not refund me only allow a redo with Robin, I requested if the redo could be with another stylist and they said no. I do not want the person that ruined my hair touching it again. I spent over $200 on my hair and I'm so damn unhappy. Now, I have to pay twice to find someone else to fix it. At first I thought they were okay, the first girl messed up my eyebrows then I started going to Mona and she had been okay but every time I go home it's never a good full eyebrow cleaning. Then I decided to get a lash REMOVAL done there, and spent 55$ which a complete robbery when it's just a removal, she didn't even remove all my lashes. That was my last time ever going to this place. She has a bit of a language barrier but her amazing amazing colleague, Cookie, helped us get passed this so that she can understand what I wanted done. Nigora met my expectations and I loved the color on my hair. This salon is welcoming and you can sense the teamwork. I've been coming to this salon for about 4 years now and I refuse to go anywhere else. Aisha and Kavi do an amazing job every single time. I have pretty thick eyebrows so I'm very particular with how I like them and if I ask for a little more arch, or a little more shape, or anything they are always so kind and listen to what I want. We booked an appointment online with Debra for Shampoo & haircut only. We came in on time but she seemed to get upset at the front desk girl for even taking us when we had this booking done in advance. Not sure why they'd offer an online booking if you're going to be treated as a walk in. She only trimmed the hair no shampoo or even offered it, she just seemed to want to get the hell out of there ‍ I mean I will not be coming back to a place where they get ticked off that you're even coming in, the eyebrow threading however was great and so I tipped Mona $5 more on a $12 service because she was the only good thing about this visit. Haitham is the best, he gave me the best highlights and made sure it was the exact color I wanted. But the prices are different online than in person. Robin did my moms hair she was horrible, her attitude was absolutely disgusting. Make sure if you go to this place you ask for Haitham if he's not available I would not recommend this place whatsoever. read more
