Alexis is definitely my favorite stylist, she always knows just what my hair needs and is so funny, she gives major bestie vibes. I've had a membership at this particular location for years, the attention to detail and customer service has always been phenomenal. Along with how sweet and welcoming all the girls are, it's a no brainer on why I've been a forever customer. When you walk through the doors, it always feels like home. You can come, grab a drink, feel like you're talking to a friend and leave with GORGEOUS hair. I'm also just forever grateful that Yasmin, the manager is always so attentive, friendly and just a wonderful human, she really goes above and beyond to make each visit feel special for me. Had a wonderful experience at Blo Blow Dry Bar! I'm on vacation and wanted to get my hair done after a weekend at the beach, followed by a day at a waterpark. I arrived about 10 minutes early, and Christina greeted me with a welcoming smile. They have a look book to go by, but I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she easily moved to that. The final product was exactly what I wanted. During the session, I was offered water and coffee. Christina was a lovely stylist. She conversed with me, but also let me sit back, relax, and enjoy the quiet! She really took my lead and made the blowdry more of an experience than just a process. The place was clean and inviting. They also offer other services such as makeup, up dos, and extensions. If I lived in Orlando, I would sign up for their repeat customer plan. read more

The ladies were prompt and communicated any changes of scheduling. My apt. was on time. However, it went over a little bit, and the technician was very respectful of the waiting client in communicating progress. They were all helpful, upbeat, and made each client feel like the most beautiful girl in the room. I saw the client in the chair next to me, as well as the client who came after me at the event I was attending that evening, and they looked gorgeous! This was my husband and my 5th Military Ball, and he said this was the best look that I have had of all of them!! Thank you so much for making me feel beautiful and like a princess for the night! My family and I were in Orlando recently for a wedding at Disney World. I made numerous appointments at this salon for hair and make up prior to attending the wedding. The manager, Yasmin, was extraordinary and spent a significant amount of time moving around appointments to make sure that we all had a pleasant experience and that we got to the wedding on time. She also made the experience fun. My hair dresser, Anna, was amazing. My hair is thick and heavy and usually falls out quickly - to my surprise, my hair stayed all day (and even was still curly when I woke up the next day). Anna and Alex also fixed my 2 year old daughter's hair (she was the flower girl) and were extremely patient and kind with her. Absolutely recommend this business! They were great! read more

I needed kinda of a last minute appointment and had time while my car was getting serviced. The Blo website was very easy to use and I was able to find an appointment within 30mins that fit my time window available. I was greeted by Krystal right away who ended up being my stylist as well. Krystal was amazing! Friendly and personable- she asked questions about my desired look and took the time needed to achieve. I had the best SECOND experience at Blo Blow Dry Bar at O-Town West! This time, Lexi took a last-minute appointment and worked her magic--leaving my hair looking absolutely glamorous! The salon has such a friendly and welcoming vibe, and I loved how quickly they offered refreshments. ‍ One of the coolest things? They offer tinsel hair for all the fairy ladies in town! ‍ Plus, they have plenty of amazing add-ons at just the right price. The salon is so cute and everyone is soo friendly. Anna did an amazing job with my fine/thinning, blonde hair. She was able to make my hair look much fuller for my son's wedding rehearsal dinner. And then, we added some clip in hair extensions, which gave me a more length and fullness! Got my hair, makeup, and lashes done today, for my son's wedding! Christina was amazing, as well. I had a very negative experience working at the Blo Blow Dry Bar - O-Town West location. Unfortunately, management was unprofessional and often spoke to employees in a disrespectful manner. In addition, there were issues with pay and deductions that were not clearly explained, which caused frustration and confusion. Overall, the work environment felt uncomfortable and poorly managed, and that kind of atmosphere can easily affect both employees and clients. It was my first visit ever and customer service was amazing. I love how Alexis asked me about if I had any preferences for my hair or any product information such as if I was allergic to anything. I had an event to go to around lunch time and I asked about the express makeup service. I was very happy with my blow out and on top of that Alexis did my makeup so beautiful and flawlessly. I've been coming here since it opened and love the whole vibe. I consistenly have an amazing experience and get so many compliments on my hair. The monthly membership was the best option for me because I hate having to straighten my hair. I don't know what magic they do but my hair is always so silky for days after and I love it!!
