Really expensive and overall not a great quality. I got gel nail polish and within a week it was chipped and peeling. My partner asked for regular polish and I clarified as well but they still proceeded with gel - we were in too deep to stop the process so we just accepted it but keep an eye out. For two mani pedis with gel, no extensions or any design it was well over $300 after tip. I think gel was an extra $15 for hand and feet for each person. I was a walk-in here the other day. I needed a pedicure and a manicure, and they took me immediately, but I had no appointment. I enjoyed my dip manicure and thought they did an excellent job. However, I was a little disappointed with my gel pedicure. The pedicure looked nice, but the technician knicked me a few times on my big right toe. It is the next day, and now it hurts and feels sensitive near the cuticle area. I'm hoping it does not get infected. The only thing I was not crazy about was their color selection. They did not have a great variety, so I picked the best color I could find. Otherwise, the employees were nice, and the facility felt pretty clean. Nice salon with nail tech professionals of several different ethnicities. I appreciate seeing this, because it makes me more comfortable, (especially when I see someone of my same ethnicity working there). The manager lady who did my nails, was gentle, and worked to preserve my natural nails (after I asked her to not cut my nails down, and to not mechanically file my nails down, taking the layers off, weakening them). She took off several layers anyway (weakening them, even though she said she didn't) however the rest of her work was flawless. read more

Went here while visiting the area. Employees are friendly and attentive. We had the happy feet pedicure. It was great. I loved how my tech spent so much attention to detail on making my toes and feet look nice. They offer a bottle of water. The chairs massage amazing including your backside which was so nice for me since I have a problem with my tail bone, and sitting for long periods is painful but with this chair it relieved some of that. If I lived here this would definitely be my go to. I want to start this off by saying the tech I got was incredibly friendly and really seemed to like her job. If i got just a manicure and single color, this would be a 5-star review. She was quick, careful, and my nails looked great... until we added the decoration. I asked for a couple music notes, and even with a reference picture... these look like I did them with a sharpie. Off-center, crooked lines... she erased and re-did one of the white ones - which was a definite improvement! ... but then she forgot the top coat so I have one dull nail in the bunch. Ended up around $92 including tip for acrylics and manicure. I plan to give this place another shot- but only if I don't need anything fancy done. read more

The first and last time that I'm coming here. And that truly makes me sad because I work right behind this place and it would be extremely convenient for me to keep coming here. I came in on a Friday around 10am to get a pedicure. I was seated and the lady doing my pedicure just made the whole experience bad. No "hello, hi, how are you", just "what pedicure do you want and handed me the different pedicures that they had. Since it's my first time here I decided to get just a basic standard pedicure and I'm glad I did. She cut my toes down so much it looks like I have no nails now. That was a first, never had that done to me before. When she started the scrub and oil rub it was like she was barely touching me and was not even 30 seconds long. After the pedicure she walked me to the front to pay and it had the Tip amount and the lowest was 20%, she barely deserved a $3 so I changed it to a whomping $5 tip to be nice and soon as I changed it I said "Have a Happy New Year", and she just stared at me as I walked out. SO, I'll never come here again and I do not recommend this place at all. Horrible service. read more

Best gel manicure and pedicure I've ever had period! A clean, painless, and NOT rushed experience. If you've been following my profile you know I've been on the hunt for a new home nail salon. I've always had my eyes on this place but every new salon I visit I give up a little bit of hope. When I walked into the establishment the place was incredibly spacious! It had two sections of manicure tables and pedicure chairs almost as if two nail salons were under the same room. Which was awesome! This means that is is heavily staffed and wait times would be lessened! I got the happy feet pedicure which came with callus removal, a eucalyptus scrub, a mud mask, hot towels, hot stones, and an oil massage to finish. Lillie was my tech for both my pedicure and my manicure. She was so patient and kind. I could tell she knew exactly what she was doing, I had no pain, I didn't feel like she was rushing me at all. Her attention to detail was immaculate. While I was getting my pedicure she did an acetone soak off of my previous dip. By the time we started my manicure everything seamlessly melted off and my natural nails were in perfect shape. Lilly took her time and did the exact design I asked for which were red half moons. I forget the name of the nail polish they used here but it wasn't OPI or China glaze. I think this was the best manicure because of the nail polish brand as well. I saw no bumps from my real nails peaking through as I typically would with other polishes. Everything had a smooth finish and I couldn't have been happier with my service. I've been coming here for months and I LOVE IT!! I've been seeing Annie, and she never disappoints. Her nail art is phenomenal. She can do literally anything. Her work is clean and precise. Everything always look uniform. I've been able to go many weeks before needing a fill. She's great! I haven't interacted much with the other staff, but the salon is nice. There are tons of colors to choose from. The only negative thing I have to say is that when I booked for my friend and I, they say us on completely opposite sides of the salon. There's a giant wall in the middle, so I couldn't even see her :((. So I would very much specify that you want to sit together. I think they could also offer some refreshments. Today I stopped in for the first time, I needed a pedicure and a new acrylic set. As I entered I was greeted right away and directed what to do and where to do. The first person got me all set up to start soaking off my current acrylic set and once she did that she also did my pedicure. I got the level above basic for my pedicure and she did an amazing job and I felt very relaxed during it. The. Kendal took off the remaining acrylic and put a whole new set on. I got nude acrylic tips in almond shape with a Halloween design. I called ahead of time at 5:00pm to see if they had availability in the next 30min. She said yes! When I arrived, there was a small waiting area with a couple chairs. The right side of the salon had 6 nail desks. The left side had a handful of pedicure spa massage chairs with a sink in the middle and back of the business. I waited 10-15 min. Lynn was my nail technician. She was genuine. I asked a few questions about the products being used for my nails. There was good staff morale Light banter. Good relationships with customers. You could say there was good air. Lynn called one customer to see if she would still make her appointment. I could hear the customer's voice and she sounded very comfortable with Lynn. The customer showed up and was definitely a regular. She felt very comfortable with her nail technician and went on to talk about her holiday. The service I ended up getting is called dipping powder. I assume it is Nexgen. I had a rounded square look. I asked if she could shorten my nails. She said "yes! I can also make them longer." She told me this process is better for maintaining your natural nails. She's absolutely right. When I saw her take off my previous Nexgen, I saw my real nail and they did not look jaundiced or buffed down to nothing. So if you decide you don't want them anymore, it's an easy transition to go back to just polish. It took 45min to do. They are beautiful. It's my 3rd time getting these type of nails. They never chip and last until they grow out and you redo them for $36, not bad. read more

Great pedicure however when it comes to nails do not go In expecting they all understand or get it. I was very clear, sns dip, no file down, no cutting down, square shape which my natural nail was already in square shape. Told her the dip was super bulky on my right hand and thick she said she can't go lower I asked for white dip she did white with a pink layer why I don't know . My toes are perfect white my hands well they pinky white. She filed my nails down so much therefore the length I had is gone. One hand looks good the second which I asked to please fix looks like gum drops on my nails . One hand is square tip and the other hand my nails are rounded out .
