I had a very disappointing experience at this car wash. I came in with a receipt because the code for my car wash wasn't working. Instead of helping me resolve the issue, the attendant immediately acted as though I was entering the code incorrectly and then accused me of using an expired receipt. The problem with that accusation is that the receipt clearly states at the bottom that it never expires. Even after I pointed that out, his attitude suggested that I was trying to steal a car wash. That was incredibly rude and completely uncalled for. It was obvious from the receipt that it was a legitimate purchase, yet I was treated like I was being dishonest. I don't understand why anyone would assume a customer is trying to steal a car wash, especially over a valid receipt. This is a nice area I live in! I always thought Raley's was known for exceptional customer service. As a paying customer and taxpayer in this community, I deserve to be treated with respect, not as if I'm trying to steal a car wash. I hope management addresses this employee's behavior so other customers don't have the same experience. He did blame that management told him that he has to be this way. Avoid at all costs. I pulled in and saw a sign that said 20 cent per gallon discount if you buy a car wash. I wanted a car wash anyway, so sounded like a win. So I selected the car wash and proceeded to fill my tank at $5.26 per gallon. When I was filled up, I put the nozzle back. It asked me if I wanted a receipt, which I said I did. Nothing printed. So I had to go inside to get the receipt, which I assumed had my car wash code on it. A very dirty looking cashier printed my receipt and there was no code. So I asked where my car wash was. She said I hadn't selected one, but I had. She then refused to sell me a car wash with the gas discount included, presumably because she doesn't know how to do the math. So the pumps don't work. Prices are 10 cents higher than those immediately next door. And they have a dirty and incompetent employee. Just go next door. read more

Touchless car wash was great for my Tesla - really strong sprays, no brushes at all (you can also buy a brush wash as well, great to have options). Only gripe is that the touchless wash cost $14, ouch! read more

Very disappointed, not one squeegee or paper towel, no way to clean windows. Price OK but generally seems run down and unattended.

Shortly after buying gas for 30.01 $ my debit card was charged for an additional $75. This money will not be available to me until I sort it out with the bank. If I hadn't checked my account, it's possible I could have overdrafted my account and be on the hook for major fees. Also, The last time I was here there were three pumps that were broken. All the old ladies who buy gas here tend to drive off with the nozzle still in their car. read more

I like the fact that this gas station is very close to the grocery store because I can't even tell you how many times I've gone to a grocery store and need to get gas and had to drive a few miles away just to get gas in my car this is very conveniently located they have great gas prices and when you buy a car wash it makes your gas cheaper very clean establishment very clean atmosphere very friendly helpful staff this location is also taking the proper measurements with COVID-19 requiring masks when entering into the gas station establishment of course you don't need a mask on when you're getting your gas in your car but when you go into the store to buy snacks etc. Very nice establishment very convenient I have gotten car washes here before and it has been very impressed with them good prices conveniently located my car is bigger so trying to wash my car is a challenge so it's nice to be able to take my car through a car wash I can do all the hard work for me LOL I highly recommend this establishment for anyone very nice very convenient I will definitely be coming back here again very soon thank you again see you soon happy Easter read more

I've been to this gas station quite a few times. Nothing spectacular. But today 3/7/21 at about noon. An older woman with curly blonde hair (employee) locked the store and helped a very elderly woman pump her gas. This was amazing and I've never seen anyone so caring and helpful. Since the new company took over it has been a mess. Half the pump dont work ...mo paper to print receipts and inside the store is worse. The clerk dont want to help you the soda machine was either out of order or frozen. Get real....I mentioned to the clerk someone spilled diesel at one of the pumps and ftom her reaction you would have thought I told her that the world was ending. I got gas here today. As I was paying at the pump, I saw a sign saying if I got a car wash, I would get 20 cents off per gallon. So I add on a $13 car wash since I needed one anyway. I pump my gas, look at the receipt and realize it only took off my 10 cent reward and not the 20 cent car wash discount also. It doesn't say on the sign that you can't use rewards with the car wash discount anywhere. I go inside to see what they can do. I'm told by one employee that she's new and can't help me. The other employee working says "this isn't my store, so I can't help you". I said someone needs to and she repeated "this isn't my store". Then she looks at the receipt and says I was charged correctly. Gas was listed at 4.49 per gallon. It did the 10 cent raleys reward which made if 4.39 per gallon. Another 20 cents off would've been 4.19 per gallon but she said that wasn't correct and then said that the owner probably got an email saying the price of gas should've gone up and that maybe the price on the signs was wrong. She said again that the "owner was sleeping and this wasn't her store". I was then told I'd have to come back in the morning because there was no way to fix it. Uh NO! I asked for a refund for the car wash which she very reluctantly did and then kept my receipt. Pretty disappointed in the false advertising and the lack of customer service. Makes me want to switch back to shopping at Safeway for their gas rewards instead. read more

This place is sooo convenient right off HWY65 in Lincoln, Ca. It is in the Raley's parking lot. I like to stop off here fuel up, get an occasional car wash and pick up some snacks for the office. The people who work here are really nice and put me in a good mood ready to face the day! read more
