Warning!!!‼ they are out of business!!!! I booked a ride to and from Logan, in April 21,2025. NO ONE told me. I have to get a ride to Logan for Wednesday! If I hadn't called and texted my previous driver I would've been sitting waiting for someone to pick me up that wouldn't be coming! They closed in June. The owner is having serious health problems, however his daughter is in charge of booking and contacting the client. I am trying to get my money back, find a ride. It's been years since I've been so impressed with a business that I've taken the time to write a review, but I am delighted to recommend Aisling Car Service. We were looking to transport two parents with and infant and toddler from and to Logan, and they had lots of questions. Kayla patiently answered all immediately via email, and then connected us to Rich, the owner, when she thought he could provide more information. We had an excellent experience. Rich picked up the family at Logan, and because it was dinner time he brought along a pizza (greatly appreciated, especially by the toddler). He arrived 25 minutes early for the return trip. He is personable and patient. And the fare was very reasonable--I believe he offers the best value of any service in the area. We'll definitely use Aisling in the future, and recommend them enthusiastically to others. read more

It was a please using Aisling Car Service to/from Logan. Great communication with them, especially on the way back where we were dealing with delay's. When we got in the car on the way back I noticed a pizza box on the back seat and thought the driver got himself a pizza while he waited for us. However he got the pizza for my 3 kids, since it was a long day of travel and picked us up around dinner time knowing they were probably hungry. My kids were loving eating pizza in the car on the way home. They felt like they were in Home Alone. read more

My family and I have used Aisling Car Service a few times now, and are VERY happy with it. We've used it for our vacation/travel to and from Logan Airport. But we have also used it for city appointments in Boston. Rich (the owner) is very personable, and you feel like your riding with a friend to and from where ever your destination may be. I needed a ride home from the airport on very short notice. I texted Rich, and without hesitation, he immediately said no problem! When I asked him if I needed to call the office or fill out the online form, he assured me he would do it all, and he did! Aisling has excellent customer service. Very easy to schedule a ride, either online or by phone. We rode from Merrimack to the cruise terminal in Boston. Our driver, Rich, even arrived early. He was super friendly, and we had a great ride to the terminal. When our cruise returned, Rich was again early, which enabled us to get out of there before the crowds got too busy. Compared to competitors, Aisling's cost was super competitive. With all of the hoops we had to jump through for the cruise, it was nice to not have to worry at all about our transportation. In a word, my overall experience With Aisling was 'outstanding'! I needed a ride to Logan for an early-AM business flight, so my pickup time was Tuesday @ 3 AM (ugh!). I was anxious to begin with because I _hate_ flying, but having Rich pick me up on time, and provide friendly (and humorous) conversation on the ride to Logan, helped put my mind at ease and made my trip much more pleasant! The ride home was equally perfect. Kayla picked me up at Logan the following Sunday AM (waiting for me, right on time!) , after my exhausting 5+ hour red-eye flight from CA, and again, the service was exemplary. A late change in plans not 24 hours before my flight forced me to seek transportation from MHT to home at 1:00am. I had used another service in the past, so I felt comfortable using their on-line reservation tool. I entered my flight information, provided my credit card number, and then received an email stating that they had received my request. At 1:00pm on the day of my flight (9 hours before departure), I received an email stating that my reservation had been canceled. I called to find out what happened and was told that maybe next time "I shouldn't make an on-line reservation during NH vacation week." I started going through my mental list of who could help me with a ride. I remembered that Rich an Brookside were mentioned on the Merrimack Forum. I called and to leave a message; needless to say, I wasn't hopeful. In less than 5 minutes, Rich called me back and confirmed that he would be at MHT to pick me up at 1:00am. What a relief. I arrived in a zombie-like state and sure enough, when I turned my phone on, there was a text from Rich telling me that he was in the cell-phone lot waiting. The fare was more than reasonable given the hour of the night; this combined with the level professionalism will ensure that I will be using Brookside Transportation in the future. I was in Burlington, MA for business last month and wanted to see Boston in between my hectic meeting schedule. Luckily, a friend of mine was able to get me in touch with Rich from Brookside Transportation. Making arrangements with Rich was simple. He was flexible and accommodated a 4pm pick up at my hotel in Burlington. After 5 minutes with Rich, we were instant friends. To describe Rich in a few words, he's a true Southie, full of energy and love for his city. As we headed to South Boston, Rich gave me a brief history lesson of Boston and, of course, Whitey Bulger. Amazed by his knowledge, we started a list of places I wanted to swing by as well as places he wanted to take me to which lead us to Castle Island. Obviously I wasn't ready for the chilly wind or I would have admired the planes descending above my head longer. To warm me up, we then headed to PS Gourmet. Though, I passed on their famous buckets, I did have one of their specials which was amazing. Here is where I learned double parking and "parking chairs" is as much a part of Southie's culture as Castle Island and the Saint Patrick's Day Parade. As we headed to Fenway Park, Rich took me through the South End, Copley Square and down Newbury Street. I snapped away taking pictures of the many Churches, homes and buildings I admired. Other great Boston sights Rich showed me included (but not limited to) the Capitol building, the Old City Hall and Faneuil Hall Marketplace. He made suggestions of places I should explore on my own if I had time or even on my next visit. Our final stop was the North End for cannolis at Mike's Pastry. What a great way to end our mini tour. Overall, my experience with Brookside Transportation was amazing. Whether its for a pick up to/from the airport or for another guided mini tour, if I am ever in the Boston area again I will definitely give Rich a call. read more

I originally tried to book a different car service, but they didn't have anyone available. I had to use Brookside, but when I arrived at the airport, there was nobody there. The person that was supposed to pick me up said that there should be a person there in a few minutes. I waited for about another 25 minutes but there was a different car service there. Needless to say I used the other car service. I still can't believe they left me stranded at the airport at 12:30AM. I guess they figure they have got you between a rock and a hard place.
