If I hadn't called and texted my previous driver I would've been sitting waiting for someone to pick me up that wouldn't be coming! They closed in June. The owner is having serious health problems, however his daughter is in charge of booking and contacting the client. I am trying to get my money back, find a ride. We were looking to transport two parents with and infant and toddler from and to Logan, and they had lots of questions. Kayla patiently answered all immediately via email, and then connected us to Rich, the owner, when she thought he could provide more information. We had an excellent experience. Rich picked up the family at Logan, and because it was dinner time he brought along a pizza (greatly appreciated, especially by the toddler). He arrived 25 minutes early for the return trip. He is personable and patient. And the fare was very reasonable--I believe he offers the best value of any service in the area. We'll definitely use Aisling in the future, and recommend them enthusiastically to others.

We had a very disappointing experience with this car service. We booked a ride to Logan Airport…read morethree weeks in advance for a two-week trip, specifically because it was more cost-effective than parking at the airport. Between parking fees, gas, tolls, and the concern of leaving our car for that long, hiring a car service seemed like the smart choice. Unfortunately, the driver never showed up. At our scheduled pickup time, I called and initially reached voicemail. After leaving a message and waiting a few minutes, I called again. This time someone answered and simply said, "we screwed up--do you have another way to get to the airport?" We had no choice but to drive ourselves. While we were away, the company emailed offering a complimentary ride home. However, this was not helpful since our car was already at the airport. As a result, we ended up paying about $150 more in parking alone than we would have for the original round-trip service--on top of gas and tolls. Overall, this experience showed a lack of reliability and accountability. I would not recommend this car service.
