Kayla patiently answered all immediately via email, and then connected us to Rich, the owner, when she thought he could provide more information. We had an excellent experience. Rich picked up the family at Logan, and because it was dinner time he brought along a pizza (greatly appreciated, especially by the toddler). He arrived 25 minutes early for the return trip.
