I have been here a few times. It is a very convenient location and the store layout is typical…read morewhich makes it easy to find things. My biggest gripe is the printing area. The printers are almost always out of service and the staff there is useless, rude, and lacks accountability. I had a printing job submitted and I received a call which required me to come in to help explain to them what I wanted/what their website was telling them to do. The staff recommended i do it another way so I came back the next day and things were missing, tabs weren't labeled, and my double sided document became single sided making it 3-4in thick! The staff blamed me for not correcting them even though they recommended me to XYZ to remedy the issues, then the manager blamed the website saying they weren't even supposed to put tabs in it, and then they went back to blaming me for all the issues. I ended up walking out and told them i'm not paying $100+ for something that is messed up. The manager was upset that I didn't want to pay but I would highly recommend never pay upfront at this location until you see the product. If i paid beforehand i am almost certain they would have told me to deal with ut.

My fairly new computer wouldn't turn.. oh, well it would turn on but it was simply a blue screen…read morewith some sort of message on it giving me options. I was terrified because I do not know anything about computers and I was afraid I would hit a button that would erase all my work. Hundreds of files. I called the net medic and immediately took it down to their office. He was able to save everything that was somewhere on the computer I guess and then do what he had to do to put it all back in and my computer is now up and running perfectly. I do however have to change or redo the passwords on all my accounts online but luckily I have them all written down. Both Brian and Sophia are lovely people and I was so pleased with what they did.
