When getting a doc notarized, they didn't do it correctly.. how do I know? I'm also a notary! You pay $15 each signature just for it to be incorrect!. Also they're very rude, loud & unprofessional. Clearly, she did not specify what she was trying to have notarized, or Faith would have told her from the start. i was disappointed in the service I received today. I have used their service for many years. I needed a simple notary service and was told that I would have to wait as there were other customers waiting behind me and the clerk was the only one there. Not sure why other customers were more important than me. Not sure I will use this company again. Jim , thank you for your reply but let me further explain my feelings. This place is nice I love having a mail place near where I live so I don't have to go far to print my paystubs. The only problem is the staff is not very friendly. Horrible customer service. I went to get a will notarized, and the lady, working blonde heavyset, told me to wait by the side. She helped other customers that were behind me. Then she informed me she did not notarize wills. She proceeded to argue with me when I asked her why I had to wait while she helped other customers. She was extremely rude. I will never go back to this business again. I had to drive to Sun City where the notary there was more than happy to notarize the will. read more

I have been here multiple times and havent been able to successfully send anything here. Between not accepting amazon prefilled out shipping labels and charging 3.50 to print the labels themselves this business seems to have it out for Amazon. My mom uses it all the time and has had no issues, but every time I'm there the older woman at the counter is curt, dismissive, and give inconsistent answers. My mom calls and its sure, print it on the computer and then we can accept it. I get there and it's an extra charge and only certain kinds. I ask if they do ups drop offs, I get there and they say they dont take amazon returns with a qr code even though the box had a regular shipping label. Today's cherry on top was waiting 15 minutes til she came out from the back to then find out about the extra charge to return the defective items from Amazon. Tldr, bad service with surprise fees and made up restrictions. Edit, responded but didnt actually answer the problem. She calls I go in usually and your telling us different things, and the packing labels have all been printed before today. Your snark in response is exactly why you have poor service. Also I didnt speak to you I spoke to a woman which was also in the post. Your now just lying saying you were the one who helped me. read more

This place deserves ZERO stars! Not only are they twice the cost of the post office, the owners and staff do not know what they are doing! My wife went in to send an important document and make copies. The owner was so concerned with selling her a huge expensive envelope that was not necessary to mail a small document that he kept her copies and mailed them with the document instead of giving her the important copies. We called to get the copies back and the girl who answered did not care. She told us the mail already went out and that they make mistakes sometimes. I asked to speak to the owner who actually made the huge mistake and she said he already left for vacation. What an unprofessional bunch of people. Do NOT trust your important mail at this overpriced, unprofessional place. You would think an owner would do the right thing, but I guess overcharging customers and making costly mistakes with mail and documents did not matter to him because he had his vacation to get to! Trust me it is cheaper and safer to go to the post office where it costs much less and the professionals actually know what they are doing. Our important documents are gone because of the owner's negligence, at least this post might help someone from having the same terrible experience at this place! read more
