This is a follow up to an earlier post that further proves I made the right decision to select AJ Flooring Service. This is to write about the additional customer service they provided after a minor issue that was mostly weather related. Ken at AJ Floor Service has the best customer service I have seen in any business discipline period. How can I make this claim...here is how my refinishing of the floors went. I had a tight schedule that they were able to meet and work Friday, Saturday and Sunday. As luck would have it there was a strong rain storm which made it difficult to get done and the biggest problem was low lighting in the house. Bottom line there were a few spots in dark areas that they wanted to touch up next day. They came immediately on Monday and did the touch up. As luck would have it the touch up was a different luster. An easy mistake. I called Ken the next day and he said he would not want to touch up again and prefer to do an entire new coat at no charge as he wanted to make sure it was perfect and I was happy with the work. To my surprise he arrived at 5 pm and worked all night and the results were spectacular. Every time I called or texted him I received a response in minutes. You just do not get this kind of customer service anywhere. I highly recommend AJ Flooring service and will be telling anyone needing hardwood flooring or finishing to look no further. As a returning customer, I highly recommend AJ flooring for quality service and outstanding workmanship. We just moved into our first home and the floors throughout the house needed to be refinished. My mother had water damage on her wood floor from the dishwasher leaking. Ken evaluated the work and provided a quote the next day.
