Claimed they're not responsible for any damages which is complete crap AND also tell us that they're trained professionals. When we called to inquire about the damages they told us "while our people are trained professionals, this is very common when transporting toolboxes". At 3:08 I called because I had not heard anything and was told he was looking at it now and would call soon. 4. At 4:07 I could no longer wait so I went in. I was told he was "working on it" and asked if I needed the car today. I said yes I need it now. After a few minutes I realized no one was moving so I asked what was happening. Jon said he's working on it. I said I can bring it back but I have to go. He jumped up and said he would bring the car out of the garage. This is where it gets interesting! He brings my car out and they say I have to pay their diagnostic fee. I said not without the diagnostics! Seems reasonable right? So I ask what's the issue with my car. They don't know yet. Jon then says I hate people that don't want to pay. I say I'm more than willing to pay if I know the issue. He then hands me my keys and tells me to never come back. Well that won't be a problem. If you're able to avoid Jon this might be a good spot. I will never know and recommend avoiding them!
